Well we have sent in our package and hope all goes well with it. So far so good the next day after they recieved the package they cashed the check. Doesn't that seem a little too fast? It seems like everyone else has had at least 5 days after the package arrived and then they cashed their checks. Well I hope that means things will move right along and fast. WHAT DO YOU ALL THINK?

Didn't you put last 2 year's joint tax returns or joint tax return transcripts from IRS?

what I know is you have to include your tax returns, if not you might get RFE for that.

Well, as I read the instructions, tax returns were "examples" of financal records to send. I have not even filed for 2008 yet since I did an extension - i guess I'll see. I notice that some people did not include afidavits in their list... I don't think that everything given in the examples are "required" - at least it didn't read that way to me.. I guess I'll find out! :)

Hello this is my first post here,

My conditional GC was approved in sept of last year. my wife and I have moved since then.

do I have to notify USCIS for the change of address made? or I can wait until I apply to lift my conditions(I-751) on my GC

please help me

When did you move? You have 10 days to file a change of address. They do explain this on the paperwork you received when you got the GC.

I moved 12 months ago and as per the link below I filed (online) within 10 days.

Personally I would file before I submit the I-751. Why give them something to have an issue with? You can do it online, link below.

Did it have a reason included when it was returned? Calling the 1-800 usually is a waste of time. Was there any type of paper?

That stinks

They send my package back. I called the service center and ask why? Answer: it was a mistake :ranting:

Saturday i sent it again and they supposed to receive today. hopefully this time will be fine.

No they said it was a mistake. No explanation. anyway i just checked they recived my package again. will see what will happen.
