Just a quick note to let you guys know my check was cashed on 07/20/09 - looking forward to getting the NOA1 now!

Married to my USC Spouse in the UK 08/17/2006

Entered the US with my CR1 on 09/25/2007

Mailed I-751 application on 07/14/2009 to CSC

I-751 package arrived at CSC on 07/16/2009

Check cashed on 07/20/2009

NOA1 Dated 07/16/2009

Biometrics Appointment 08/21/2009

Touched 08/24/2009

APPROVED 09/14/2009

Card Production Ordered 09/22/2009

Card arrived in the mail 09/28/2009

US Citizen as of 10/20/2010!

Hi Guys, I recently sent my packet for i-751 to the Vermont center and have yet to receive my biometrics appointment letter. I have seen others receive their letters already. Should I be worried that mine got lost in the mail? I have several mail carriers who are not familiar with my neighbourhood and on several occasions I have gone out side and seen them wandering around the neighbourhood looking for my address (its not written on the house). I was actually told by one mail carrier that the substitute letter carriers don't know certain streets so they just bring the mail back to the post office or mis deliver mail. I have been paranoid ever since I was told that. Should I make an info notice appointment to find out if they have already mailed me an appointment letter or just wait a few more days and hope that my mail gets delivered to me correctly?

here is my time line:

7/3/09-sent i-751 via priority mail (delivered 7/6/09)

7/7/09- Notice of action dated (received 7/11/09)

Not yet the trend is about 20 days from NOA dated receipt. I got mine on the 20 and sent my package on the the 30th. Give it another week. I will add you to the timeline in a sec. welcome

btw the way, you can reschedule a bio with no explanation just in case the day scheduled doesn't work? I know usually people don't do that but we have some family matters that may arise that may make us unavailable in August. Am crossing my fingers though we don't get a bio appt until mid to late Sept... Can you believe I am saying that??? :blink:

No way if you get the letter try an early one before yo go.... Hubby's in in 2 weeks we may try this thursday

There is a part of the BIO letter for you to check and send back to re schedule You send the orginal to the ASC location and a copy ti the USCIS where you filed you petition

06/30/2009 I-751 delivered

07/09/2009 Received NOA in the mail (NOA issued on 07/01/2009)

waiting and waiting..

11/04/09 Letter from USCIS - Approval date on 10/30/09
