We sent the I-751 papers to Vermont on July 2...

Recieved NOA dated July 8....

Recieved biometrics letter for August 14 yesterday.

Old and Grumpy....But an American Citizen!!!

Congrats Merlion :) When we went today ( 2 weeks early :D ) they did not even look at the date, he filled out the registration form thingy and then within 2 minutes of filling it out he was getting the photo and fingerprints. I spoke to guard and said is this a slow day? He said everyday there is SLOW the get say 6 people per hour...... Guess we got lucky there.....

Excellent! I'm glad it worked out well for you. Can you imagine that from August 5 to August 10th I'll be in Canada for a conference and my biometric is on the 14th. Thank God they did not schedule me for when I'm gone. My GC expires in September, so hopefully I'll have no problems coming back in the country. What do you think?

You wont have any issues coming back in as long as your GC is valid, even by a day.

If it makes you feel more comfortable bring your NOA1/extension letter with you but I doubt it will be needed.

July 13 and still no NOA? Did you send it return receipt requested? Have you double checked to make sure the address is correct? You should have your NOA by now

I know most of you like the list this way, I might be the only one like it old way:)) it was easier on the eyes before.

can't you use at least darker black or bold fonts , this way it' ll be easier to read ..
