Ok my plane leaves tomorrow at 6 am for Bangkok.

My girl needs additional information from her interview it says "official signed letter from petitoners employer and 2009 income"

I just switched jobs. As a result I have pay stubs and a detailed letter of how much I made from my last job (48k base, made 26 k this year so far it says), and a new letter from my new job, saying how much I make and that I just started basically.

Ive posted about this a few times before but this is my last since I am leaving soon.

Am I crazy to assume this is sufficient? I will go to the window myself on the 6th and see if they have a problem with this. I dont have new pay stubs yet I havent even gotten paid at new job yet.

I dont want to delay my trip, but it seems that I am overthinking this. Can they really deny me for this???

Looks good to me.

Can they deny you? it's in their power to do so.

But it appears you have the info needed to satisfy the request.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
