I think your definition is not correct.

Noob = someone who thinks they know it all, and even when the evidence is against them, they continue on a noob glory trip.

Newb = someone who is new, asking questions, and helping to find their own answers.

IMO

Now - I rarely bash people, if they become noobish in a thread, I walk away. Similar to not feeding Trolls.

I have been very unhelpful in the immigration related topics for a long time, so "noob" behavior does not bother me since I rarely read it. It hardly exists to me. I helped people once, a long time ago.

It doesn't matter since they probably changed things and we'd give wrong advice. If we file for citizenship eventually, I might have to go back 'up there', into the immigration section.
