Hi,

I got the IMBRA RFE and sent it back in ..they recieved it on July 1..my question is if i filled it out correctly.

I checked the box no when it asked if we met through a broker. Then it asked in questions 2 & 3 to check all that apply..well none applyed so i didnt check anything..should i have put N/A in stead or do you think it will be ok just the way I did it by not checking any boxes because none applyed to me?,

Thanks for the opinions,

Keith

I put 'no' and 'n/a' in the margins, but I'm #######... didn't want there to be any room for doubt.

It was obvious that the form was put together in haste... not very well constructed, IMO.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

YES, I LEFT MINE BLANK , AND ALSO ANSWERED NO TO THE BROKER QUESTION., AND SENT THE MESS IN MONDAY.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

my lawyer told me to write N/A on the questions that didn't apply or write none on them but I have a feeling this could be just because i'm military that the government when they made this paper if the questions aren't answered or nothing is marked then the answer is no............ the IMBRA RFE is poorly made but I think you should be okay but I am not a total expert on it. What i'm saying is that it would have been insurance by putting none or n/a on there but there isn't anything you can do now about it but I have a feeling and please let me know if they send it back or not about those questions if you didn't answer them they are considered as they don't apply ( reason being is that if you didn't check them they gave you a chance to be honest and tell the truth they are doing a back ground check on you and her for both of your safety.) I hope my ramblings helped I am half asleep right now
