Hope someone can help with this

I received a notice for further evidence and among the things they are asking me to send, they are asking for a statement with details on how I met my spouse, memorable moments of my marriage, my employment and my spouse's employment ect. Did anyone have to write the same thing? How did you compose the statement? thanks in advance
