Hi all, Thank's in Advance !!!!

I have a good friend who is USC he was married to a woman back in 2002 that came in US on K-1 visa. She got her 2CR & 10 PRC . Even had a child & She cheated on him & she filed for divorced & the divorce got final decree early last year.My dear friend got remarried again to a woman came frm same country but the thing my friend still wanted his old lady be deported from the country. My friend  trying to get the (ex-boyfriend) the guy she cheated him for to testify.

My questions is :

1. Is this possible?

2.Can he get USCIS to revoke her 10 PRC?

3. Can she be deported out of this country?

4. If So? Is there anything she can do ?

Unfortunately not unless she has done something illegal (like federal offence illegal) will they deport her. She has received a 10 yr PRC, so she proved that she met their condidions, and cheating on someone wouldnt void those conditions, they would have only made it harder to get the conditional. Seeing as she has passed all this I think it would be a waste of time, money and effort because there wouldn't be anything they would do.

I also doubt anything can be done.Immigration wont deal with a scorned ex husband wanting to get revenge on his wife.

Your friend would be paying out alot of money for nothing. He needs to move on with his life and be happy with his new lady.

Good luck to him.

4. NO

She hasn't done anything against immigration laws, she's already a permanent resident and the divorce has no influence on her status now. Also, make sure your friend knows that the Affidavit of Support is valid until she becomes a citizen or earn 40 credits toward SS, which is approximately 10 years of working in the US.

Testify where, in what court of law??? What exactly does your friend think, he'll call USCIS, say "My ex wife cheated, had a child and divorced me...now I'm re-married but I want my ex deported. I have a witness that she cheated, where should he testify?" and USCIS will jump to have a hearing and deport his permanent resident ex-wife. Forgive me but your friend is not thinking clearly....

He needs to get over his vindictive thoughts and move on....he's re-married, why the heck is he spending so much energy in trying to do damage to his ex? He should focus on his current wife and forget the ex because there's nothing he can do to have her PR status revoked and have her deported simply because he's upset that she cheated on him.

#######!!! And he has met and married a woman from the same country? Is he also applying for a GC for the new one? He maybe needs to let the ex go and get on with his life. She is the one who can make him miserable especailly if she goes on welfare and he has to pay. Just say SEE YA and be done focus on today not yesterday and tomorrow is not even here .

Why is it that the only one who can stop the crying is the one who started it in the first place?
