How long for Packet 3!?

Man...Delhi said they mailed the packet out on June 17..its been 2 weeks...how the heck long does it take to go from one indian city to the other!? I think it was sent via a Camel.

I got everything ready...even PCC for wife! I am just worried how long Packet 3 will take over Packet 4...... any ideas.?

Have you checked the Delhi consulate website to see if it available for download?

I know Mumbai consulate has it available for applicants going through their consulate.

02/13/2013 - Biometrics Appt. Letter Received
02/21/2013 - Early Bio Appt. (Original March 15th)
02/26/2013 - Place Inline for Interview

04/24/2013 - Interview scheduled

05/31/2013 - Interview - Recommended for Approval

XX/XX/2013 - Oath Ceremony

Yup, I already downloaded all the forms. I am just blow away that still have not gotten it yet!

We sent in out DS-230 and Applicant Statement via E-mail scan and Courier (Consulate confirmed scan was received and has been forwarded over)

I completed my 864, 134, wife got new passport, her birth certificate, she has her Passport PCC in it, we have all our proof of relationship stuff.

What else can we do in meantime? The medical we have to wait until she gets interview letter.

Any advice?

Finally got Packet 3! Only took two weeks to go between Consulate and another city in India (a 4 HOUR DRIVE!!!)

2) cut tree

3) make paper

4) find indigo flowers

5) make ink

6) print

7) stamp, etc.

8) ???

9) send mail

10) Profit

NVC->Embassy: July'09

Packet 3:July'09

Interview: september 17

Visa on hand: October 9

Arrival to US:

Filing for GC: November'09
