When you think they will start to work on K3 again ? there has been no real moving on them in a couple of months.

they even lowered the time to 5 months. I know i am not 5 months, but till should have some movement on the older ones.

Hopefully soon. VJ is a good gauge to use, but with the sheer volume of K3's filed...they may actually be working on them now and you just dont see it on VJ yet.

Thats awesome that its at 5 months now!

Good Luck on a speedy approval

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

I keep say that to my self, they will start working on them. But when you look stats and see nothing moving on K3 it hurts. I just hope they will be here for X-mas. My mom really want to see her grandson. It suck so much how the USA government treats us.

I know how frustrating it is. You feel utterly hopeless at times. We waited over 8 months for an approval out of VSC. We had times that were ok, times that were hell and times that I wanted to drive to vermont to ask them ####### they were doing with our petitions and ask why k1's were being processed in a matter of months, while spouses got tossed aside(thats how it felt anyway).

I know that doesnt help much, but at least you know that you arent the first to go through this and there are people who know how you feel. I hope you have a better experience than us early-mid 08 filers.

Good Luck

Yes I know, I just think ####### do they need all this time for !!! Yes I know I see K1 moving and think Hey I am married and have a son. give me a break hahha.... I even sent a email today to my congressman, not for help I know it is too soon for that. Told him to start support VISA changes to speed it up. I know nothing will get done by the time my wife visa is in. But just think about all others after me. Every one should email there congressman to tell them to get off there #### and do something hahaha...
