Called 800-375-5283. After entering my case number (EAC...), the recording tells me that the system is down. It's been down all day.

Anyone out there get through today?

I called this morning and got through. I called at about 9:30 (est) daylight savings time. I was on hold for almost and hour, partially because my call was bounced from one person to another, which added tom my holding time.

I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble getting through :(

Have you tried checking you case online?

12/03/2005: Married

10/13/2006: Interview Approved

03-15-07 - Transferred to The Sucky/Slow Center (TSC)... to "speed up" processing.

03-17-07 - Transferred notice e-mail

03-20-07 - Received TSC transfer letter

03-21-07 - application pending at TSC e-mail.

05-14-07 - Misinfopass appt. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

06-05-07 - I-131 e-filed

06-11-07 - AP NOA1

07-09-07 - Received weird looking letter for AP, but online status hasn't changed

good news: i received my RFE .... :dance: :dance:

I tried a few times today as well....same darn system down message. :wacko:

The journey begins...got the package together sent FedEx OV 2/22/06

Packet received in VT Center 10:53 AM Signed by G.Merrihew 2/23/06

Packet returned, check made out for the wrong amount, I feel stupid :( 3/4/06

New check made out, given to Fedex today but will go out Monday morning 3/6/06

Packet received SECOND time signed by same person at 11:00 am, please God let this be it! 3/7/06
