i have another question..who's going to fill up OF230/DS230?

for the DS230 its the beneficiary who will fill up the forms coz there is a need for a signature of the applicant on part 1 of the form.. just be cautious about it coz u can only answer it up to Question 44.... and then there is line that says" DO NOT WRITE BELOW THE FOLLOWING LINE" , so be mindful of those important instructions..

The petitioner is the one who will fill up the I864. Goodluck

Good to hear you are doing better. Dont worry, everything will be alright, just mail them. I've sent out both the 864 and 230 and they've been entered into the system as per the AVR, but till the time i don't hear it say case complete, i'll not be satisfied, coz these 2 forms are where most of the RFEs are sent out, so i am hoping i don't get it for something stupid.

yesterday my dad recieved a mail and then dad called NVC, and they said that,,to send the tax return copy original one,

cause my dad sent only photocopy...and also said that to provide some proof that he has a shop where he sells varyties items..and they said they will give the schedule of my interview not my local consulate..

my dad will send those doc hope after sunday...please do pray for me...I GOT THIS UPDATE AFTER 3 WEEKS OF I SENT DS-230 WITH ALL CIVIL DOC NEEDED WITH DS-230...
