Hello Pretty2009,

Tis nice to see more pple log on to this thread. Say Pretty2009, what does ur letter of evidence say? are they asking for a kind of proof on your documents or what? I dont think anyone of us have ever had that before. Or is that a kind of RFE (Request for Further Evidence)?

If you can let us know what it is maybe someone can be of help.

I am with the Carlifornia Centre and my Priority Date is Dec. 26 2006, andam thinking our Choice of Agent forms should be close to arriving now.

Cheers!

its not that i am discouraging you to join the military... but i thought of that 2months ago, and even went to a recruiter already... filling for citizenship after sign up for the military just overwhelmed me.... but when i was talking to my recruiter, i was told that there is a chance that someone that i might be deployed to iraq... or japan.. and will still be away from the family for a period of time... in that case, your family will be here faster but you have to be in the military service for years.... as in years... well, its all up to you though....

but good luck to you and to your joining to the military plans.....

you dont have to send your very, most original copy.. you could have went to NSO and ask for an authenticated copy of their birthcertificate and that could have been ok... i didnt send any of my own most original copy.. i got 4 original copies and authenticated by NSO... in that case, kahit mawala... its not going to be an itch for me...

ask your wife if she could get some of those copy from NSO and send them to you..

PM me your number and ill call you......
