Try to call NVC operator and ask if they receive it or not.. The best time to call is at 730 am ET. .. Its best if u will speak with the operator and clarify the matter

Wait for 2-3 days till it will show paid then u can download the forms and send it.

When ur AOS will show paid then u can download the I-864 and gather all the required documents and send it to NVC.. if ur paid with the IV fee bill and it showed paid then start downloading the DS230 forms..

Ok lang japon ..but still no news of interview date yet..am still on my 7th week.. but will surely call them this Friday pohon..by the time mo release ang NVC of their new Visa Bulletin..so am keeping my fingers cross..( and toes too).. What about you?

Ok lang japon pud , still waiting for my sched, mag one month na this FRiday. usually kuno at least 8 weeks gyud na..so hopefully you will get yours next week.

My IV bill just showed paid, i am still waiting on the AOS bill to show paid, now one question, i am not working, i am a full-time student, will that be a problem when i am filling the Affidavit of support, i have 2 people willing to be a co-sponsor. help

Hi Everybody...

I am a LPR petioning for my wife and daughter. I paid AOS fee and need to submit the AOS form. my question is initially my wife was the only benificery in my I-130. then last month, I added our new born baby to the petition. DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT I-864 OR CAN I USE I-864EZ INSTEAD ? ALSO DO I HAVE TO SEND 02 COPIES OF AOS ?

Alit, you have 2 choices, either you call (which is much easier) or email NVC. (takes about a week or 2 b4 they reply)..or you can do them both.
