oh my alit if you want it in a rush then he can pay the affidavit of support fee using his credit card online there's an online payment for that and if you are going to process it by june when he gets home i am pretty sure visa bulletin will be up like 3-4months of move i guess coz nvc is very fast nowadays.. and again if you will do it on june then it's all up to you anyway it's just a matter of one month from now... so again you can pay it online and you can do the paper works when your hubby gets home...

[/quote

Congrats Yna! Thanks for the info., we are so happy and really excited for all this blessings that has been happening for the past 2 months. My father in law sent all the letter thru mail here in the Philippines, so that we can decide what to do coz we really don't have any idea yet about this whole process. I'm very thankful that i found this forum because it gives me a lot of reference and information regarding this whole process. My hubby is a little bit amazed coz i do know what is the next process after the other one... Now i introduced this forum to him so that he could have an idea... Thanks to all VJ members...

Thanks Yna and congrats again

thank you alit! :) so now since you said you have received your fees already then more likely 2-4months from now will be your interview but of course it depends on the visa availability as well when is your prio date anyway? please update your timeline so it would be very helpful:)

Magdilang Anghel ka sana Yna!!! My priority date is September 24, 2008, as of now my only wish is that to be with my hubby this coming christmas, it's just 7 months to go... How i wish that everything will keep on moving smooothly. May our loving God let me and my daughter to celebrate xmas with our "Papa", if that happens this will really be the happiest and most memorable christmas we will celebrate.

Fiscal year for 2010 usually ends on September and FY 2011 begins on October 2010. Based on my what

ive seen processing usually moveds faster during the later months of June to August. Just keep your

fingers and toes crossed and hopefully you will spend your holiday season with hubby.

i dont know sis... i dont even want to visit VJ for now... im all tired and will have an appointment to talk to an immigration lawyer tomorrow... ill be handling all the paperworks to him and he'll take care of all the process... im already drained out and almost this close to just have my husband over.... have to leave the stepson behind and hell just petition him when he's here... if its just going to be my hubby, he could be here by august.... i paid everything, but cant submit AOS because of the passport photocopies....

it might take me time to come back here... im just not into all the process anymore.... have to hibernate first and save some energy to live one day at a time.

Mitch, just keep on praying and hopefully everything will be ok.

we have waited this long for years so hang in there.
