Hi all,

the new USCIS website is much harder to use - I did not see anymore anything about any dates processing i-130 for lpr's spouse. The only data that they have now is in months. It seems that they are going to have the approval time (of I-130's F2A petition prefference) done in 5 months (goal).

USCIS National Goal - 5.0 Month(s)

USCIS National Average - 41.6 Month(s)

California Service Center - 40.1 Month(s

Vermont Service Center - 43.0 Month(s)

Hi Mitch,

Does my coming son need a passport for the visa waiver program?just asking in case my wife got approved after she delivers the baby this december...

artalip,

yes! your baby needs a passport... and in addition, keep all your medical records for proof purposes... like ultrasound results, prenatal reports, and also certifications from your wife's ob-gynecologist, and the hospital where she had her delivery, pregnancy, and delivery pictures will really help. Good Luck!

HI everyone! I have questions regarding my bro in law's petition. He's PD is May 2005 so he's PD is current now. They received the papers to be submitted and paid the IV last August 19 and that's it. Its October now, he has'nt received anything since then, never had his medical either. What should be the next step this time? Do they need to call NVC or just wait? Any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you! He's preference is F2A.
