I understand ur situation..its not easy bringing back and forth ur kid to USEM alone and the flight and the whole nine yards..but I wish you all the best and just hang on.. u will surely succeed on this.. be more patient and ask God for guidance and help.. Goodluck to you and all of us..hope to hear again from you soon whenever your ready after all this..

thank you chakadoll for understanding and i bet all of you here understands my situation.. :)

aww ate you are so sweet! eventhough you are tired and stresSed out with your daughter's medical you are still wanting to help us. We understand your situation, i know how hard it is to be looking after a 2 yr.old kid alone coz i also have a 3yr.old daughter plus all the papers and plane trips you have to go through. Goodluck and we all know that you're a step closer at the finish line. We wll wait for you and your successful story =) i know at the end you can laugh at all these. GOODLUCK =)

yup you are right kareen so tiring i've been in and out at the airport and tiring! but it's all worth it.. just because of that vaccine shot of my daughter delayed her medical.. so anyone out there that has kids pls don't make any vaccine shots for your kiddos coz whenever you plan to have medical coz it will just delay the process...

i dont know if you guys have noticed it but since the past weeks i was never here at VJ that often anymore.

its been almost 2 weeks that all the fees appeared to be PAID already, i downloaded the file and is almost done filling it up... but im still having problems getting a passport for my stepson. i dont have the heart and the soul to just leave him in the Philippines when his dad will be coming here... our atty was saying that it might take a while till we get that freakin' court order for the sole custody... i know you will be thinking why process all these just now??? it was a long story..... you all can relate that inlaws are sometimes a pain in the butt.... and now look! they cant even do anything about it... its gonna be me and my hubby who has to look for a way out of this. im blaming them for taking the responsibility from us and now they cant even say anything for this matter to be solved.... i was already screaming inside of me that all of these are their faults.. and they're the ones to take the blame.... but what was done is done... now i just have to do what i can do.... worse comes to worst, we'll leave our stepson again to my inlaws and again will take 3 years for him to follow his dad here in the US.... its sad!!!

i will give it more time till ill mail my AOS out to NVC... maybe that wont be till beginning of JUNE and will try to pray that something will happen in favor with my stepson's paperworks....

if there is anyone who can relate or was in the boat as i am now, i need some of your inputs and advices ...

thanks!

mitch, that's so sad to hear... i have suggestion why don't you just adopt your stepson in that case it would be easier... i hope...

i know right? We are ready to submit our AOS and DS230, we are just waiting for our daughter to be included in our papers in NVC. i'll give them a call again and ask. Is it ok to submit AOS and DS230 and all the documents all at the same time? or we have to submit first the DS230 then afterwards the AOS? whats the best thing to do? thanks kuya for your help...

kareen, for me i have submitted our ds-230 first before the aos coz we are waiting for the tax return/transcript that we requested and it doesn't matter at all as long as you follow every instructions that would be just fine and always remember to put the barcode sheet at the front and always put your case number at the upper right corner of every paper....

again you may send aos and ds-230 together or which ones first you'd like to send first... just make sure you didn't lack any documents when submitting the forms and requirements.

but please since you are waiting for your daughter's name to be included in the petition and to appear at the online payment just DON'T SEND any of the documents first coz it will delay the process. just wait for your daugther to be included in the petition and whenever her name's in the petition then you can send the documents and which ever you want to send first or you can send them together doesn't matter but make sure when you send those dox your daughter is already in the list or else you will need to edit your aos form if you will send it without your daughter in the i864 form.

what need to bring on interview for visa?

hi edgar, welcome to vj family f2 category! :) as for me i brought emails, chat logs, money remittances, webcam screenshots, phone bills, pictures, security papers, and anything that you think might help you prove the consuls about your relationship with the petitioner... and as for my experience i brought eerything with me and weighing 7kg! and what they only asked me was 10pictures of us with different time, phone bills, money remittances (they asked me if i have emails or cards and chat logs but i said we don't do those anymore we are more into phone calls but of course which i can give them emails and chat logs but they said ok when i gave them the phone bills appearing 1-4hours of calls everyday 24/7 i am not kidding hehehe) and that was it all the 7kg was not even asked at all and i think it was because we are under f2 category unlike fiance that they will really need to ask you from the tip of your nail about you and your fiance... and at the final interview they only asked me about my date of birth, when we got married, and the work of my husband. unlike fiance that they will ask you when and where and how often and details of every meetings...

hope that helps edgar...

Yna, hopefully everything will be just fine. I have lots of question for you about the tubeculine
