Kareen, re Part 6-E, is it only ur hubby who is sponsoring ur petition (AOS)? coz if he is the only one or his income alone supporting ur petition then the letter B should be N/A, then u can leave the letter E.. N/A too. that is on my AOS coz am the sole sponsor so I didnt have any entry on Part 6 letter B...and letter E pertains to the person listed above , that is Letter B.

I know its confusing.but thats on my AOS..so i left letters b,d and e N/A...hope this helps.. and wait for Raymon too for his opinion and experience..God bless

Kareen,...Chakadoll is right, leave thet entry on 6-E blank..as well as B and D.

Those questions is only applicable if you have joint sponsors...Hope this helps.

i see! i see! ehhehe so dumb of me huh? i just saw where it says PLEASE DO NOT COUNT ANYONE TWICE.

thank you so much sir!

Your welcome maam!

thanks kuya! we're ok bout the Part 5, that's the only thing that's confusing me and hubby.haha...

I have another query, hubby's work is about to close anytime soon. will it affect our papers incase we have already submitted the forms and requirements? What can we do about it? does he have to find another job asap? or can he just go home here with me and be back 2 to 3 months before i will have my interview and find another job? need your expert opinions guys! thank's a lot! what's the best thing to do?

Kareen, dont wait for that to happen, submit all the necessary supporting paperworks for the AOS.

In case NVC will send you RFE due to hubbys out of work, then you can submit a joint sponsor.

I suggest you look for relatives or family friend who can be your joint sponsor incase the inevitable happens.

Better be ready than sorry...right?

hello to all i am back from manila from all the stress in medical for my daughter she had her physical check-up twice for an update again coz she was positive for tuberculin skin test.. arg! and we didn't get the chance to go back to usem for her personal appearance and will be back again next wednesday for her interview/personal appearance tiring!!!! and costly and all...

i love to help everyone here specially mitch, kareen, chakadoll and to some who seeks help... but unfortunately my mind's full of questions as well regarding usem and such and documents and all to bring back to show them proofs between my daughter and my husband again...

guys i hope you understand... please bear in mind that after my daughter's interview/personal appearance i will surely make it up to you guys... that's a promise! i'm just fed up with all these back and forth trips and carrying my 2yo kid with my bear arms ALONE and not having enough sleep and all... to all, i will attend to you when i get back again from manila...

i know you guys can make it without me and with all the prayers from our God above....

Yna, hopefully everything will be just fine. I have lots of question for you about the tubeculine

i dont know if you guys have noticed it but since the past weeks i was never here at VJ that often anymore.

its been almost 2 weeks that all the fees appeared to be PAID already, i downloaded the file and is almost done filling it up... but im still having problems getting a passport for my stepson. i dont have the heart and the soul to just leave him in the Philippines when his dad will be coming here... our atty was saying that it might take a while till we get that freakin' court order for the sole custody... i know you will be thinking why process all these just now??? it was a long story..... you all can relate that inlaws are sometimes a pain in the butt.... and now look! they cant even do anything about it... its gonna be me and my hubby who has to look for a way out of this. im blaming them for taking the responsibility from us and now they cant even say anything for this matter to be solved.... i was already screaming inside of me that all of these are their faults.. and they're the ones to take the blame.... but what was done is done... now i just have to do what i can do.... worse comes to worst, we'll leave our stepson again to my inlaws and again will take 3 years for him to follow his dad here in the US.... its sad!!!

i will give it more time till ill mail my AOS out to NVC... maybe that wont be till beginning of JUNE and will try to pray that something will happen in favor with my stepson's paperworks....

if there is anyone who can relate or was in the boat as i am now, i need some of your inputs and advices ...

thanks!

Kareen,

You cant submit both at the same time but under separate mailings,...just to avoid confusion.

Make sure you have the correct bar coded sheet attachment for both.

Oo nga..i was shocked, for F2A Category cut off date is January 2008...1 year ang jump.

But i think its true, India usually got it first the day prior state dept released the official bulletin.

I do hope so...im crossing my finger and toes on this one.. :D
