form i-864 part 3 no.9 - sponsoring the ff members immigrating at the same time with the principal immigrant

named in PART 2 above. <---- with this question you guys, i will not be writing my

husband's name anymore right???? since i already did wrote it on part2. i am only

putting in my stepson's name, right?????

part 5 no.21 (d & e)- IF YOU HAVE DEPENDENT CHILDREN, ENTER THE NUMBER HERE. <--- am i putting 1 for my our own son right? IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER DEPENDENT CHILDREN, ENTER THE NUMBER HERE. is this referring to my stepson???

Mitch, you need to list your stepson only on Part 3 of No.9 since hubby is already listed as the principal immigrant.

On Part 5 No 21...d & e refers to your dependent ####### are already here in the US. Letter A should indicate the dependents migrating to the US...so A=2 (hubby/stepson), B=1 (yourself), D= 1 (your own son) and e = 0. Total household size then would be 4 in H.

i have a question about the I-864, it looks very simple but its confusing me a lot.hehe. Part 3, i wrote my daughter's name in the box below the statement i am sponsoring the following members immigrating at the same time...... now this is what's confusing me. Relationship to sponsored immigrant. what is the right thing that i will right there? mother or daughter? silly question but i just want to make sure! thank's a lot =)

Mitch, you dont have to put 1 on C, since that was already included in A (hubby/stepson). Like i said

question B to G refers to dependents who are living with you in the US..and you have only 1 your son correct?

unless otherwise you have other spouse here.

So total household size would be 4

thanks kuya! we're ok bout the Part 5, that's the only thing that's confusing me and hubby.haha...

I have another query, hubby's work is about to close anytime soon. will it affect our papers incase we have already submitted the forms and requirements? What can we do about it? does he have to find another job asap? or can he just go home here with me and be back 2 to 3 months before i will have my interview and find another job? need your expert opinions guys! thank's a lot! what's the best thing to do?

hello to all i am back from manila from all the stress in medical for my daughter she had her physical check-up twice for an update again coz she was positive for tuberculin skin test.. arg! and we didn't get the chance to go back to usem for her personal appearance and will be back again next wednesday for her interview/personal appearance tiring!!!! and costly and all...

i love to help everyone here specially mitch, kareen, chakadoll and to some who seeks help... but unfortunately my mind's full of questions as well regarding usem and such and documents and all to bring back to show them proofs between my daughter and my husband again...

guys i hope you understand... please bear in mind that after my daughter's interview/personal appearance i will surely make it up to you guys... that's a promise! i'm just fed up with all these back and forth trips and carrying my 2yo kid with my bear arms ALONE and not having enough sleep and all... to all, i will attend to you when i get back again from manila...

i know you guys can make it without me and with all the prayers from our God above....

aww ate you are so sweet! eventhough you are tired and stresSed out with your daughter's medical you are still wanting to help us. We understand your situation, i know how hard it is to be looking after a 2 yr.old kid alone coz i also have a 3yr.old daughter plus all the papers and plane trips you have to go through. Goodluck and we all know that you're a step closer at the finish line. We wll wait for you and your successful story =) i know at the end you can laugh at all these. GOODLUCK =)

We are waiting for the next visa bulletin and submitting all the needed forms and requirements next week and wait until we get our case complete. Then after that, maybe we will decide what to do. Kareen, re Part 6-E, is it only ur hubby who is sponsoring ur petition (AOS)? coz if he is the only one or his income alone supporting ur petition then the letter B should be N/A, then u can leave the letter E.. N/A too. that is on my AOS coz am the sole sponsor so I didnt have any entry on Part 6 letter B...and letter E pertains to the person listed above , that is Letter B.

I know its confusing.but thats on my AOS..so i left letters b,d and e N/A...hope this helps.. and wait for Raymon too for his opinion and experience..God bless
