Hi ADMIRE! congratulations! I've read your post yesterday & i told to my husband to call NVC asap coz we are the same priority date right? but sadly, he informed me this morning that the NVC operator told to him that we have no schedule yet for interview...they are only processing for dec 1, 2006, our visa number is not yet available... so so sad...he will call again next week when NVC issue visa bulletin for June,2010...hope to hear good news next week...congrats & gudluck sis!

My I-130 filing date (Vermont) is Dec. 28, 2006 and they received it on 01/03/2007. But I do not know my priority date yet. Because my I-130 is not approved yet. So what is my priority date supposed to be? Any clue?

You priority date is usually the notice date of the I-130's first NOA.

im confused answering my AOS. even though im not ready in sending it since were having problems with my stepson's passport but i just want to get it out of my mind. so stress... im thinking of hiring a lawyer.

wheres everyone now? raymon.... is your case completed already?

Thanks Jeanette07. Yeah, the AVR kept saying wait till 6 to 8 weeks after Case Complete, but hubby decided to call Monday morning again. Th operator had already told him the same msg, but suddenly asked him to holdon a few minutes and then later came back to say the schedule was just coming and it was for that date and that we should expect the letter. The letter came up in the email, last thing on monday morning.

Hang in there, am sure it should be ready by the next time the Visa Bulletin is released.

i dont know.. were even thinking of just leaving my step-son in the Philippines and my husband will just petition him when he get here. i cant stand too much of all these already... cant even get a passport for him. tried but not successful. we still have to go to court for all the court order and who knows when will everything be finish since you guys all know... all legal process in an asian country will take forever and half specifically Philippines. i dont even have the heart to fill up my i-864.... im tired....

hi ate mitch! kaya nyo yan! I know that you can get through with all of this. It has been a looooooong and sad journey not being with your hubby and now that it's coming i know you can endure and survive every bumps along the way. Dont get tired, yoou survived those long years. Hang on ate!

I have a question for everyone! Hubbby mailed our daughter's birth certificate and letter yesterday. How long will it take the NVC to update and include our daughter to the petition. We are now paid with the IV fee bill and AOS ($70). thank's in advance!

Hi Mitch...you seem to be really stressed. Like I said before.. you nearing the end of your journey. I know there are times when I feel really stress too.. but then I look at the bigger picture. Unseen and hidden forces (sometimes)seem to be blocking all your efforts to reach a goal that means so much to you. It’s not fair really, but that’s the way it seems. Do take heart, though. This difficult patch you’re going through won’t last forever, even if it seems like it’s already been forever. Despite your worst fears, it’s all going to work out fine. Don’t get paranoid. Nefarious forces haven’t singled you out for punishment. Tough cycles come and go. And although, this one has you worried, it’s all going to end up fine. Really, it will !!! and it applies to all the people who've waited and some who still are.

Raymon, it only take a week for our case to be reviewed and they made a decision. What I did was calling NVC everynight here after midnight.. sounds silly but I guess it help me a lot.. can u imagine they ask me missing/lacking docs twice. so hang on, it will be soon and hopefully ur case will be completed soon..

Kareen, give them a call after a week..thats what it took them to update my case to include my

son.

well, i believe i will be answering the AOS a little bit differently since my beneficiary has a dependent which is my stepson. i dont want to mess it up coz i know for sure that it'll cause a delay... having a stepson as a dependent is such a delicate file. i know it would be easier if it would be my own son whose there...

perfectly said twulf!!! cant imagine how this process will be without VJ... i will try to stand up again... im just drained right now... will go and have some yummy steak from claimjumper later for dinner and that should give me a lil strenght and should warm me up a lil bit... thank you my friend.

i have a question about the I-864, it looks very simple but its confusing me a lot.hehe. Part 3, i wrote my daughter's name in the box below the statement i am sponsoring the following members immigrating at the same time...... now this is what's confusing me. Relationship to sponsored immigrant. what is the right thing that i will right there? mother or daughter? silly question but i just want to make sure! thank's a lot =)
