Yna, got a question for you. i was about to mail the DS230, but just this morning i received email from NVC and its about a Check List cover and a bar coded sheet. Apparently they are now looking for my DS230.(was delayed due to passport issue with my son). The address on the BAR CODE SHEET that i printed on the IV FEE BILL is different from the BAR CODE SHEET indicated on the CHecklist cover letter.

Now im confused  , to whom and what address am i going to used to send out the DS230? :help:

raymon, just follow what the checklkist is indicating to avoid delays... anyway it will still get to them. checklist is important so just follow what they are asking from you :)

if the beneficiaries that are written there are the official ones, then im good (they had my stepson's name there)... they even had my own son in the list which i dont need to since he's already here... i called NVC yesterday and they were just asking me to mail a letter and a copy of his greencard to NVC in that way, he'll be taken out from the system...

you got it right mitch! your step-son is in! so just wait nlng for the fees to pay they will indicate it there for whom the iv fee for... and just follow every step... and remember what we've talked about when i was in manila so that your step-son can have his passport...:)

And am petitioning my spouse and child..

okidoki and good luck! :)

---> YNA, musta na madam??? my hubby went to get some affidavit from our lawyer and he gave us some sort of a republic act and was saying that we should be ok for now to apply for a passport. but im not sure what kind of documents we need for the checklist of immigration. ill add that to my stress when i get there.

i know all is well with you and your daughter... i guess you'll have LAX as your port of entry. me and Zaq will sure drive an hour to see you and your kids. ill bring you dinner incase you still have time to chitchat before your connecting flight.

that would be very nice mitch! hehehe bitaw but when i had my medical the paper the patient's data sheet was asking man there if what'll be my poe and i indicated sea... hmmm i am not really sure where will my poe would be...as far as what i have seen and read from vj family most of the origin place of their spouses if they are in seattle their poe would be in seattle... and how i wish that i can also have a poe in lax so i can meet you in person and zaq as well hehehe... i will still have my flight tonight due to holidays i changed my schedule... didn't update you guys coz i am also having a hard time here preparing and stuff for my daughter's interview coz i have spoken to one of the reps in usem and they say that i will still go to usem for my daughter's interview and documents to bring instead of just showing her face ther with the consul!!!! another hours of waiting and stubborn child waaaaahhh... i can do this!hehehehe

best of luck to you ADMIRE.... im just so so so so happy knowing that almost all of us here are already out from the bandage of loneliness.... almost there you guys... can already see the plane landing with your loveones in it....

im almost so tempted to hire a lawyer here in my end and to turn over all the stress that im going through right now.. im already tired with everything... and i know you all always have the eyes to read all my complains and have all the heart to listen to it. we were trying to get a passport for my stepson and cant even have that... went through a lot of questioning with the investigator over at DFA (passport place in the Phils) and just to find out that they need a court order. our lawyer was telling us that it will just take a week to get that if we will pledge that the mother of my stepson is nowhere to be found but i know from the core of my heart where shes at. i dont want to say that we can find her coz i know that if we'll just look for that ***** we'll find her. (throw a fresh meat to a starving crocodile and they will appear in the air)

i told my lawyer that we'll just make the safest, most legal and most truthful way of obtaining the court order and it will give us a peace of mind till the end of this tiring journey.... my husband will have another meeting with our family lawyer tomorrow there in the Philippines and they will plan things through of meeting up with her....

im already hands-up to all of that.... and hoping this chapter of my life with just FASTFORWARD just like what we can do to a movie if were not liking the scene.
