Ok Yna I sent out the Ds230 already I called up NVC and I told her I am the Petitioner and she told me that I don't need it and that as long as the Benifcery has his or hers...

what do I do now?

as for us we sent the petitioner's photocopy of passport and bc and some stuff bwt the petitioner... but it's all good if the agent told you that nvc won't need it the reason why we sent those coz that is what's in the requirements when i read it for the ds-230...

and now since u sent the ds-230 you need to wait and after two weeks or so.. it will be case completed.... if they will not ask any checklist or anyhting... coz that's the last part already hoping it will be case completed soon so you will wait for your visa interview yehey!

yes raymon, every children should go tuberculine skin test i think til 10yo i am not sure coz as for xray 11yo should go xray so i guess til 10yo will have tuberculine skin test and 11yo will go directly for xray and would not go tuberculine skin test... and if tuberculine skin test is positive no matter what age the child is should go xray... like my 8yo son... he was positive so he went xray...

I am planning to send a letter to NVC requesting them that medical and interview be done on the same week, considering that we are from Cebu, at least we can save some expenses on fare and lodging; was concern that also my also that my son might get sick bcoz of the trip back and forth.

Raymon, i think when u get ur appoinment date for interview, u will call the St Lukes for schedule of the medical that way u can do all of it in one week. but verify it with Yna, at least she is the latest to undergo the process. I just remembered that when I had my interview last 2006.
