THE ONE THAT U PAID ONLINE IS THE ONLY IV FEE THAT U HAVE TO PAY. NO NEED TO PAY AGAIN AT THE EMBASSY.

We submitted the NSO authenticated birth certificates..and were from cebu so what we did was call their hotline number and paid on the bank so they just delivered to us.

I think they will only look for the NSO authenticated, and NVC had accepted my daughter and husband's BC from NSO..

congrats Yna and mitch.

I'm happy that you will be reunited with your husband any time soon.

You 2 became an inspiration to all of us here, who still have a long wait for our love ones.

BTW, for all of the pinoys here in VJ, you can find this US embassy Website as a useful tool in preparing for your documents, medical and visa interview.

http://manila.usembassy.gov/wwwh3023.html

The whole process will be as easy as 123 when you read all of the info from this site.

ekto, thank you so much...but i still need to go back to st. lukes for my daughter's medical and still confused if i need to go back to usem for my daughter's appearance or not coz i had a mental block when the consul said something "you don't need to come back or need to come back for you daughter's personal appearance" for me i will and want to go just to be sure but i just hate the fact of waiting outside the usem for a couple of hours before you can get inside and the hassle coz i will be alone and carrying my daughter with me... waahh... so i really don't know if i need to go back or not... hayz!

to YNA it will be weeks from now that she'll see her hubby and her kids will have their daddy next to them already. for my case im predicting for another 6 months till my husband will maybe proceed to MANILA for his interview... im just predicting the worse but i know it could be better than that.

i also believe that you all guys who just filed will have a lesser wait compared to the ones that applied in the long time ago.... NVC and USCIS are now driving in the freeway already and running 100mph compared to years ago that they are moving 25mph and is driving in the school zone area.... but now, it should be lesse wait.

let's all hang in there... we all get this...

mitch, hoping to have our visa after we get back from manila and the medical for my daughter she only needs tuberculine skin test and that's it... but still confused with the personal appearance of my daughter if we need to go back or no need to... CONFUSED!!!

Wow ate Yna! congratulations! You are almost at the finish line! im so happy for you and im hoping that ur daughter's medical will be fine. Hubby didnt pay the iv and aos at the same time because he was hesitant because they said that we only have to pay for the IV bill for now. Did you do the same thing?payed the iv and aos at the same time?

thank you kareen... in fact it didn't reflect at the same time at the online payment... what appeared first was the aos fee then the iv fee... but if you saw both aos and iv fee then just go ahead pay for it. it really doesn't matter coz when you pay for it it has a different instructions when submitting documents and what matters is that whenever you submit the dox front page should be the barcode one with MNL case number (for philippines) and everything will be just fine just follow EVERYTHING... and you will not miss it! :)

Ok, thanks for the info...

And to Yna, so good to hear that she is finishing the line.. congratulations to them..

I have another question, I paid the IV fee bill by online. Do i still need to pay for the visa fee at the embassy during interview oe thats the one I already paid by online ?

hi chakadoll, when i first read your name i can really tell that we are in the same area cebu! hehehe and thank you for congratulating me :) no need to pay at the emabassy coz you paid the iv fee already online.

Congrats Yna, let me know the process you go through with your Medical appoinment.

I have a 1yr baby and would like to know if process are still same with adults.

thank you so much raymon, the kids don't have the same process with adults coz they will not go under xray if the result of their tuberculine skin test is negative but if it is positive then they will go xray... and kids will not have a blood transfusion and urine test.

soon i will be posting my medical and interview experience after i get back from manila coz i will be going back there this coming friday for my daughter's tuberculine skin test and need to wait 2-3 days for the result so she can have her vaccine and as i have mentioned if she is negative she can have her vaccine shots and will ask if she will go for personal appearance or not... coz at the checkout counter at usem consul said "we just need to wait for your daughter's medical result and then you will be receiving your visas" so i assume that we will no longer go back to the usem for her personal appearance but i guess i don't need to assume just to make sure... i am so confused really am...
