i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

got a message from my husband, our CASE IS COMPLETE as of March 25,2010....

how long does it usually take to get a choice of Agent from NVC?

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

I'm happy for all of you guys coz you are almost there... i am so excited and hopefull that in just a couple of months waiting i will also experience what u do now... all those busy days preparing for all the documents u need and those times that u don't know what to do... i know it's kind a stressing but how i wish i'm in your shoes now... <sigh> kailan kaya mangyayari yun....!!!!!

i know... so stressful and i had to watch my word while dictating it to my hubby coz i know it will cause a fight... he doesnt realize that it's so important to make mistakes with the immigration forms but its pissing me off... he'll get a hurt from me when he arrive here.... hhmmmmnnn....

been there mitch and indeed very stressful and needs a lot of patience... we had a fight during those days super duper! but it will all subside... and mitch when he gets there with you that's a different story hahahaha :)

It's varies sometimes when your case is transfered to nvc you can get a choice of agant with a matter of a week some people 3 to 4 weeks you have people that don't recieve it until 3 months later.. But what you can do is call them and they probably will send it to you...

im not sure where is everyone.. they are all hibernating i guess... for the past 2 days no one has been here and im sad.... i miss the very hectic conversations and all the best talks that comes with it....

so, since your case is already completed by NVC, it should be sent to your embassy for your interview and all... if you check everyone's timeline, they normally wait till the interview letter will arrive and sometime if they call they will get the appointment date from the operator.. but i believe all you just have to do right now is to wait till your priority date will be currents... yours is not till march of 2007 and they are still processing for priority date Dec 1, 2006 right now... give it till next month and then thats when you worry... adn will think of calling... lets just wait till your PD will be current....

check raymon's timeline... he has a similiar Pdate to yours... that will be a great help.

my friend, your PDATE is already way pass the bulletin.. i suggest you call.. Yna's Pdate is similar to yours and shes already having her interview infact that would be today there in the Philippines...

calling NVC would be the best thing to do.... Luck... your journey is almost over....congrats.
