Mar 08, 2010 - I-130 Submitted

Mar 17, 2010 - I-130 NOA1

Sep 02, 2010 - I-130 NOA2

Sep 16, 2010 - NVC Case # assigned

Sep 23, 2010 - received DS3230 and AOS bill thru mail

Sep 23, 2010 - paid AOS bill

Sep 28, 2010 - paid IV bill

Sep 30, 2010 - AOS packet delivered to NVC

Oct 04, 2010 - DS230 and civil docs delivered to NVC

Oct 06, 2010 - documents were received by NVC as per AVR

Oct 26, 2010 - -case complete-

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

hello YNA we have the same date of the interview (22 APRIL) I did a lot of worries :bonk: is that you can give me the documents and paper to present to the interview and if you have an idea of how it happens

yes u r right ur priority date is when u sent the petition...the month date and the year u sent ur 130 petition is ur pd

\naaah...PD is note the date that u sent the petition...its a date when they accept your application...

.

in my case i sent I-130 in october-07 but they accepted it on januari-08....so my PD is Jan 08...

.

raymon, yup it's april but on 2006 not 2007 and i will be having my interview this 22nd! and my heart is unexplainable everything is unexplainable!!! waaah! so so confused, excited everything! mixed emotion here! hehehe! let's just pray for our interview... so dyu have your interview date now?

Yna, cant imagine the excitement you have right now. Interview i guess will just be a

formality so your partner will do just fine. STill working on the DS-230..hopefully ill send this next week.

to some, its 3 years, to some its 4, some lucky ones its 2... but to lynn its 3 months... what a very lucky girl huh?... try to check the NVC processing bulletins every now and then... but think about it, they are already giving out visas for dec2006... im thinking roughly, your case wont be current more or less 3 years? but of course we all hope for a lesser wait than that.everyone here went through all the painful wait and to some that are done, like SAMKUNLE, YNA, ... im sure they can say----its all worth it... so hang in there... you wont be infront of the line till you get in line... you have US here to help you... and vice versa.

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

mine took less than 2 months, a month and 6 days to be exact

I love my God

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

Hi Everyone! I'm new member in this forum, but i started as a follower since late last year. I find this forum interesting and comforting simply because i know what all you guys feel about this journey. I'm a wife of LPR, my hubby filed the petition Sept of 2008, early this year (January 6 to be exact) we recieved the approval with a Sept. 28, 2008 PD. We're kind a suprise and thankful coz we never expected it to be that soon (Thanks God!!!). Now it seems that NVC is doing their very best to speed up processing... May our Good Lord continue to guide and strengthen us....

Mitch CONGRATS to u, thanks for starting up such a comforting forum...
