Hmm. thanks raymon. So i guess we'll have to send through regular mail all the papers in I864. Thanks for the advise, one more thing if you know. My spouse will be using a sponsor, so does that sponsor fill out an I-864A and we fill out a regular I-864.?

@Mitch.. good to hear your phone's finally working ... hee hee hee... i guess this time you probably had a lot of pushy-good vibes to call. :whistle:

Twulf, right...the joint sponsor will fill up the I-864A. Emailing mine today and hopefully the DS-230

next week. :thumbs:

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

aside from the authenticated by NSO birthcerts and marraige contracts... what documents does my husband need to have?

ohh.. i think my heart is running 95mph already... i cant believe that!!! let say worse comes to worst.. if they will be moving 1 month of processing time every month then, i have 7months to go???? but i do know that wont happen. its normally 2months move every months.... great news for a great weekend you guys.

This is incredible!!! I have never seen this before - 6 months progression in the F2A category within one month. WOW! Congratulations to everyone all in this forum - your visa journey will end sooner than you expect. I encourage you guys to buckle up and start gathering documents, especially those with PD for next year.

Ok thanks Raymon. Now that you've completed your I864, may be I can bug you with any questions I have :) . So you are emailing all the supporting docs + I864(fill, print, sign, scan) and will you also send hard copies through regular mail or just email? Have you confirmed from NVC if just email is okay or do you know of anyone who has done this without sending hard copies.

im so happy seeing this super big improvement. I finally was able to call nvc and ask them about my daughter's case.The operator told me that i should just send her birth certificate and that's all. And i also gave them our email address. im happy with this development! Thank u God!

got excited upon seeing this info.

only 3 years of wait for me.

i really missed my wife and my daughter.

according to the Visa Bulletin, visa demand for the past 15 months is very low.

This is the reason why it was advancing at a rapid pace.

Hope that this pace will continue.

Tell me about it, I can't believe it either (but last year about this time they moved 4 months within this period) so it does really sound about right. Everyone GET YOUR PAPERWORK READY - MEDICAL EXAM IS GOOD FOR ONE YEAR.

The demand is really low is we predicted here months ago, because many LPR's are getting their USC really fast after completing 5 years of residency and their spouses are gettin to move from F2A to IR of USC category. :thumbs:

I am already in the USA with a student visa, I-130 approved a few weeks ago and next month I will apply for adjustment of status with USCIS on May 01,2010 so happy :D I still can't believe it!!! I din't expect to move so many months and I was taking it slowly :rofl: now . I have scheduled medical exam for next week.
