Visa Bulletin are attending for the beneficiaries with priority dates on or before JUNE of 2006

NVC processing timeframe are attending for petitions filed on or before April of 2007

Ohhh now it makes sense to me.. LOL how do you know that though I know the visa bulletin is on the web site but how do you know what NVC is processing

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

hi arash! im not saying that i will have my interview on may...i said i will receive my appointment for interview, coz ive read that when the case have already completed we will have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the appointment for interview so im expecting my appointment on may...and maybe it will be scheduled on july or august...it depends when our PD becomes current so we always have to check visa bulletin for each months.. :star:

that's ok what we are here for, right? hehehe:) you can check the status of the processing timeframe at uscis.gov website then from there at the left side of the page there are a lot of choices for you to choose from... if you have any problems just pm me anytime i will be glad to help you...

I-130 Track:

Apr. 19. 2006: I-130 Sent/Submitted

May.06. 2006: I-130 NOA1

Oct. 26. 2009: I-130 NOA2

NVC Track:

Oct. 20. 2009: ACL email received with case number & AOS Fee Bill from email

Oct. 25. 2009: AOS paid online

Oct. 27. 2009: AOS Cover Sheet & ACL sent via FedEx

Oct. 29. 2009: NVC received the ACL

actually and mostly people will get their appointment or schedule for interview on or before the 8th week (2 months) since case completed but basically as what i have observed here in vj they base it on the availability of visa by category and by visa cut offs. so despite of when your case has completed we all need to wait for the visa bulletin if it is available basing on our priority dates... that's why even we got our case numbers earlier of the year/month and received the ds-3032/fee bill or whatever forms they needed from us at the later part of the year/month because they will base it on visa availability if they think that your priority date will be available soon... just like my case..

I-130 Track:

Apr. 19. 2006: I-130 Sent/Submitted

May.06. 2006: I-130 NOA1

Oct. 26. 2009: I-130 NOA2

NVC Track:

Oct. 20. 2009: ACL email received with case number & AOS Fee Bill from email

that's because every country has different visa availability for each priority date.

just got email from NVC and they just send me the form DS-3032 and the

AOS processing fee bill invoice.so so excited now. :D

Snce are PD's are just a month gap..im sure your getting yours soon.

Just wanted to update you guys that I also got an email from NVC with DS-3032 and AOS processing bill. It was a pleasant surprise, wasn't expecting it to come that soon. (PD April 2007, Case approved Sept 2009).

Mitch, Just like Raymon said, I am pretty sure, we'll hear about you telling us that you've got the AOS bill email pretty soon.

Raymon, are you doing the email version to send DS3032 back. I guess I'll be doing both.

Also need to find out when should one pay the AOS bill, should it be after NVC receives DS3032 ? I think many people have already asked this question and I can search it on VJ, but am just lazy today, so will await anyone's response/input.
