Hey guys I need a little info from who ever already sent everything to nvc.. My mom is over seas right now she is coming back in 2 weeks, so i thought maybe i can have my husaband sign the DS-230 page 2 and the DS-3032 agant paper. Then she can bring them back with her. If possible I file out everything as well and have all my forms ready to. Do you guys think I can still go down to see my husband and if anything if the nvc does contact me to send any forms my sister here will have them already. Do you guys think that would be a problem? If my sister sends the papers and I'm out of the country?

I will have signed everything and aswell as my husband

hi, i dont know what everyone will say but to my own personal point of view about going out of the country while everything is still in process, i wouldnt risk it. to me, i will wait and to make sure that things will be in the right place and properly signed, answered, etc. to avoid conflicts in the future that can be a reason of delay in the future. i was even thinking of going home to my country which i want to be in the embassy too with my husband (i know i cant be with him infront of the consule)just for support, and with that we can celebrate with his whole family before he'll start another journey of life here in the US with me... i was thinking of doing that but at the back of my head---> what if there are documents that they will need at embassy.... or anything.... just what ifs..... i couldnt risk all that...

i might just go home not till he already have his visa in hand... and we can all fly back here in the US together!!! just in my own perspective my friend...

not a problem at all in fact when my husband came home then our petitioned are ready (like submitting dox and other stuff) he brought everything with him and whenever there's an email from nvc that we need to send this and that...we printed it out he then signed it and mailed it to the nvc... everything went just fine. just bear in mind to bring EVERYTHING with you and if there are any missing dox that you missed to bring with you, like you said you're sister is always there to help you out. good luck!
