its been 4months since i got my approval... still waiting patiently for the next letter to come.

it should be here soon, Just have hope

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

What does Post- Decision Activity MEan???

tht means your case is approved..u will get ur approval letter soon..now they transfer the case to NVC...hope this helps!!

2011-03-15: Picked up Visas. Oh My God!

2011-03-21: POE, Atlanta Georgia. Find it hard to believe this is truly happening. Thank you God.

NOW IN THE US.

2011-03-28: Received our Social Security Cards in the Mail.

2011-04-08: Received Green Cards.

My case was approved, now I have to wait for NVC hmm.. I wonder how long this process is going to take, do you guys think from your exprenice how long this is going to take?

they received my ds230 on jan12th and according to AVR message my case was completed on jan 22nd..if u wanna knw the status of your case,just call them and talk to an operator..they will help you..

I am a bit bummed by the new bulletin too. Just 1 month, may be we got spoilt in the last few months, its been moving just 1 month for years.

@sweetapple-- where did you get the info about visa allotments for FY2010 ?,

and now march is in, there's no update for up coming april visa bulletin... usually every 5th of the month there's this pre-posting for the up coming visa bulletin that they will update it soon. but now there's none at all maybe it will be posted within this week or so..

I-130 Track:

Apr. 19. 2006: I-130 Sent/Submitted

May.06. 2006: I-130 NOA1

Oct. 26. 2009: I-130 NOA2

NVC Track:

Oct. 20. 2009: ACL email received with case number & AOS Fee Bill from email

Oct. 25. 2009: AOS paid online

Oct. 27. 2009: AOS Cover Sheet & ACL sent via FedEx

Oct. 29. 2009: NVC received the ACL

Nov. 11/16. 2009: IV Fee Bill / paid online

Nov. 17. 2009: IV Cover Sheet & Requested to add a child in NVC case

Dec. 07. 2009: Approval of additional child in NVC case received via email & paid IV bill
