a fellow ...SOFEA.... from here has PD nov.2006 and is now on going... paying bills and all that... ours is like months after that.. and mind you, February just started... im pretty strong withmy predictions... heheheheheh keep the spirit up my friend.

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

I've been meaning you tell you that I sure hope your predictions are right and it seems like they will be. It gives a lot of hope and I'll put my money on it.

i still have a year and some months to go to file my citizenship but i hope it goes fast because it's in review now

Aww your so lucky but that's good you will get ur citizenship then you can file as a citizen spouse and your papers will go faster then the i 130 you processed now. lol i am so jealous of you right now..

wow! am a bit deflated by that news. that means they were only able to shift by one month. they've bn jumping 2-3 months fothe past few months. but tis ok,,, slowly but surely.

2007-01-05: I-130 NOA1

2009-05-21: I-130 Approved

2009-06-04: NVC Case No. generated

2010-01-15: DS-3032 / I-864 Bill generated

2010-01-17: Choice of Agent sent via e-mail

2010-01-22: Paid I-864 Bill

2010-01-25: I-864 Bill shows PAID

2010-01-25: Choice of Agent still not received says NVC operator.2009-12-09: I-864 Bill shows PAID

2010-01-27: Operator said choice of agent received to be reviewed with 2days.

2010-01-28: Received email saying: Choice of agent accepted/IV bill generated.

2010-01-28: Paid IV bill.

2010-02-25: Sent out completed I-864 and DS- 230.

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

well i got engaged 01 had no greencard till 06 soo i couldn't see my fiance got greencard went down summer of 07 got married filed for i-130 so all together 9 yrs lol. soo its was a journey and a struggle

wow, it is a long time, i am on that journey now, i just got married in december but i knew my husband since i was 11 years old

yeap, me too!!! :crying: this means that frm now until the end of september 2009 it is going to probably move slowly. they may have used most of the allocated visa numbers for FY2010 which ends in Sept 30, 2010.

Hi, I got approved in July 2009, PD April 2007.

I am a bit bummed by the new bulletin too. Just 1 month, may be we got spoilt in the last few months, its been moving just 1 month for years.

@sweetapple-- where did you get the info about visa allotments for FY2010 ?,

130 Track:

hi everyone! its been a while since i was able to visit this site again and its soooo good to see everyone with different stories and accomplishments! Since i received my approval last July hubby and i didnt recieved anything from the immigration. Its been 7 months since the approval. Now just wondering when can we start receiving papers from them =)
