oh!!!! forgive me forgive me, all the while I thought you are the one here in the PI and your hubby is in the US...

Anyway, do u have someone living with you at the moment? my hubby's family is all in the US, so somehow, his boredom of waiting is lessen...if the visa would be released early for like 3days, we plan to leave last week of Sept. or 1st week of Oct..my hubby would like us to celebrate my sons bday in the US on Oct12..maybe then we could meet up...

by the way, what do you do, i mean, what is your work?

I guess you'll be receing stuffs on your 3 or 4th yr..once you have the case number, all the stuff would be coming to you na...dire-drecho na yan..

im residing in Batangas...you're from Mindanao pala..ive been to Davao, ive attended a cousins wedding..

wwwwhhhhhaaatttt?????is it true???you really have to wait that long???i think i'll gonna cry......my husband has just filed our I130 last 2008, meaning for me it would be like 2012???huhuhuhuhuhuh!!!!

well it depends...is your husband a citizen or a green card holder? if he is a citizen, it would just take you around 1year of wating, but if he is an LPR or green card holder, then waiting time is 4-5years..well he could apply for citizenship if he's already 5years living in the USA..and upgrade the petition..

Hello Ladies and gents......hope there is space for me tooo so that v all can share our stories, my wife filed I-130 for in july 06 n till now all v have is a NOA1 its been 3 yrs this july, dunno how much more pain i have to go......lets be in touch all of us n support n encourage each other, u know v all it! :)

Do you have a baby na? How long have you been married? and would you mind me asking about your age now? If you have been in the US for quite some time now, why haven't you applied for naturalization yet..that way, it could be much quicker..

dont worry, one of these days, we will meet..my hubby works in Hydranautics..he's a Civil ENgr here but when he went to US, his work is not inline with his studies..I suppose that would happen to me as well, lol! Well, i really dont care as long as we're together..

Anyway, ill keep you posted...thanks for the prayers

well, we cant complain! they say its those things when youre not a citizen yet! but visa processing for immigrants varies every country... its much faster if youre from London than if youre from the Philippines!

im guessing youre from Albania? yours should be faster then mine! lets just pray Mr. Prexy will give us his one minute from his hectic schedule and enlighten our cries... to make these processes a lil bit faster.... for our families to be together on the milk and honey land... keep coming and keep reading on all the updates of those that are ahead of us.... they'll keep our hearts excited for our turns.

Yeah, I am sure there are plenty of people out there that will wait longer. I am just surprised by the I-130 that is still pending and I heard that some people got their approval already even from 2007, that's all. I think by the time I will get a visa number my husband will be a US citizen. Anyhow, I am here in USA, I am not complaining about that at least I am here with him.

I can't believe how strong people are to stay so long apart from their spouse, I really feel for them. Let's pray for everyone and something should be done! I really believe familes should be reunited, at least some type of visa to come and see your husband/wife/father/mother...

yes we have a three year old baby boy and hes here with me... and been married since march 2005( your priority date!) and i am 29 yrs old. i came here in 1999 and didnt bother to go through citizenship since i didnt know that ill need it... till i got back with my childhood sweetheart and got married... been spending almost a year in pinas and a year here in the US thats why i wont be naturalized because i kept going back and forth.

i know its much faster when youre a citizen but o well, i dont wanna raise my kid not knowing his dad...

ill just get through it as an immigrant... my family is already done with citizenship way back in 04.

having a work here in the US that is totally different from your line of duty there in our country is common and normal.... and to me it doesnt matter if ill be working as a cook even if im a doctor there for example.. as long as my family is as one!

well, what do you do there in pinas anyway? really wanted to meet you and be of friend.... thanks for keeping us posted... and ill keep on praying for all our visajourney!

hi! i am so new to this and i need help. I am a wife of a LPR, i was filed June 2007 and got the approval last July 2009. My husby filed the petition when i was still pregnant, i gave birth July of 2007 and my baby was not included in my i130. Now this what's bothering me. Can i bring my baby with me or we have to file a separate petition for her? Does f2a category have derivative beneficiary? I dont want to leave her if ever. I need your help... thanks!

hi! i am so new to this and i need help. I need your help... thanks!

hi kareen, youre a heaven sent!!! you are sending good news for all of the spouses that are trying to be reunited!!! first of all... i petitioned my hubby july 2007 and got the receipt aug 2007... and thats all i have till now.... so you mean to say... you are already approved???? SO IM NEXT IN LINE???? OOOHHH MY GOSSHHH!!!! im like shaking!

anyway, youll be able to bring you baby over im sure. you just have to update them when you get those stuff from them and tell them above the addition for the visa.... this category has derivative beneficiary!....
