i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

Hi LPR and LPR Spouses, still don't have schedule for interview at the USEm.. next week is our 7th week already since our case was completed,..

hoping and praying that we'll receive it soon.. February 2010 visa bulletin is up already and for like us who's PD is Dec 2005 still waiting for interview date.. shucks! ang tagallll! :bonk:

I called them last night.. but the recorded message keep on saying our case was completed blah..blah..blah... so then I press 5 for live operator then,, I didn't expect what to hear.. FEBRUARY 2010! OMG!.. I said to an operator... "oh wait.. wait ..wait" i grabbed a pen and a scratch paper ahahah.. just now checked my inbox.. I have my appointment cover letter.. yey!

Cheers! finally.. gettin' near.. soo excited! my hubby and I could celebrate our 8th yr wedding anniversary together for the first time =) .. OMG!.. my interview date is a DAY before my BIRTHDAY!.. we can experience our first snow ahahaha...

Hello all,

I still have a pending I-130 for Lpr spouse, we applied in Aug 2006 and nothing yet. We tried to call twice the USCIS and the people who we spoke to were so unhelpful and told us nothing more than what is on the online status. The case was transferred to Texas from Vermont a couple of months ago. The last person sho we spoke told us that it was outside the processing times in the begining of the call (I-130 should be approved in 5 months) then he said that actually is still within processing times since the last date for these transferred cases was June 2006. He said we should wait :angry: For God's sake how long does it take to look at a marriage certificate and decide yes or no :help: Any tips in dealing with USCIS would be greatly appreciated.

NVC is already giving visas for March 2006 (moving fast) while our application is still pending for a very long time. If they keep on moving this fast(by two months in each visa bulletin) in three months Aug 2006 visas will be available and we'll be left behind. :help: What can we say or do in this case? Any ideas??? :(
