i saw and read a few post from LPR trying to petition spouses... no matter what country the petitioner from... lets all come together and inspire, encourage, uplift everyone's spirit travelling this roadless journey! its tough waiting the whole 5 years or more trying to have our whole family be as one. pls share us your stories, even updates

well, i filed i-130 way back in july 2007, got the receipt aug of the same year. been seeing a lot of methods like that process will take 4 yrs, for 5 yrs or more and also checkin USCIS site and is telling that they are processing petitions file dec 15, 2005 at least there's that small light at the end of the tunnel. been going back to and fro Philippines for my son to spend time with his dad and for me to spend time with my husband and just enjoy precious family time together. life it tough and hard being apart with the one you love the most.this journey is such an ache but we dont have any choice but to wait and wait and wait! lets be strong and keep the love alive! were all in this together.

Mitch,

They will usually tell you that VISA will be delivered betwen 10 to 15 working days, but my wife got her's 5 days later.

But then again we are from CEBU and since you are from davao then maybe a little bit loger than that.

And also i heard that they change the courier, before it was Air21 and now they change it to 2GO.
