I still cant get over of my greatest news that i dont have an interview date yet.. cant still get over... and im seeing some of the people from here that it took them just 2 weeks to have their interview date after case was completed.... time, timing, and luck is really playing with my family life..... to some people that filed january and was completed in 4 months... their family is already here and already enjoying the green life of US.

not happy with the whole process at all.... not happy.... i thought all this time, life is that only thing that is UNFAIR...... now i have to add the TIME.

I think you're in retrogressed for country availibilty. I am sorry for you. but Too many philipines are waiting according to annual IV waiting list published in Nov 1, 2010.

Rey, nice to hear from you again.. u were right... will just let Mitch annoy and bug the NVC for her case to have a schedule sooner... was really thinking positive that she will have the sched by Feb...but i felt disappointed too..anyway, waiting is the game here now..hopefully Mitch will not get tired with the waiting game. She deserve to be with her family soon and so does everyone here...

Medyo na busy jud pud nuon ko...hehehe but for the most part lisod man diay ning ma preggy and at the same time working... additional stress but we are so happy so hopefully Rey u will have one too... maybe not sooner but one day whenever u two are ready... Just as everyone is saying here..hang on. ur actually almost there.. am pretty sure u will have urs by March pohon... kept bugging them and I know you got disappointed as I do too with ur case but really, it will just make u stronger.. patience is a virtue...i just cant imagine how u feel.. but it will be over soon... Did you get Interview date?? I have friend from philipines which PD is Aug/2007...completed case at NVC on Oct/18/2010. He hasn't receive any interview date yet. You need to understand that current priority doesn't mean that you get the interview. You need to wait until DOS assigned visa number for you! Every country has monthly qoata. If philipines qoata already filled up...current priority date doesn't do to you. Talk to lawyer or some expert who can assist you better than me. I already been in same situation before so i know how it works!!

I thought I will get AoS fee request from NVC only when PD becomes current or about to be current. Anyway I am happy to pay it and keep moving.

Well, when your case was approved at the time your PD was current, thats why NVC computer generated AOS fee bill. NVC only process for the month of current visa bulletin.

Also we would greatly appreciated if you add your timeline.

My sister's case too she got the DS3032 and AOS fee bill generated as of 1/31/2011. She was approved 1/19/2011 her PD is sept 27, 2010 and this was after the Jan VB came out.

My PD is also Sept 27, 2010 but I did not receive any notification about AOS bill, is it because I am adjusting status in the U.S? Did your sister receive paper mail notifying about this AOS fee bill or an e-mail? I am surprised to hear people with my PD are getting this notification while I am not.
