hmm well his date is current since the VISA BULLITEN IN IS jan 08. Thats why he got a interview. MY WIFE IS 2008 APRIL, any idea when i will get a INTERVIEW???

Yeah i know his PD is current in January Visa Bulletin and i'm pretty sure that he will not get an interview for Feb. if his PD is not current anymore in Feb. because that happened to many of us here... Like me my case completed last October 22 and my PD is Sept. 2008, i'm expecting to receive an appointment letter last Dec. for a January interview but because my PD is not current this January i failed to receive an appointment...

Mitch, im glad as well that your case was completed. Don't be bothered with the retrogession issue, you will not be affected. Some point in time you will have your Sched either late January or February. MAybe advise hubby and son to take the medical in advance.

I think Philipines Visa retrogressed will be on next Visa bulletin too.

I am specially thankful to -mitch- , because of this thread. It helped me a lot to keep my hope. Mitch, hope that u will get the feb date also, bcoz u have earlier PD than me.

1 Question : I have already submitted following original docs to NVC - POlice Certificate, Marriage Cert, Birth Cert. Do i need to arrange those original docs again and take with me for Interview?

OMG! youre the only one that i saw with same PD as mine. did they email you your schedule already? the operator told me to call NVC on the 17th. how did you get yours??? and we completed our case almost the same time. pls enlighten me... im sooo anxious to call on the 17th... but if you dont mind, what is SIF??? im not fond of abbreviating! hahahah... by way, im just curious, what took you sooo long to finish your case?

from which country is your beneficiary from? are you gonna have your medical exam soon? maybe end of january of first week of feb?

Congrats Aqwer!!!

This is a good news for us all!!! This means that Feb. visa bulletin will not retrogress anymore because they will not give u an appointment for Feb. 2011 if your priority date is not current by Feb., right? This really brings a new hope and a new beginning this year.... May all our PD be current soon... God Bless us all!!!

im not rubbing it in but at least you'll get an idea! my priority date is july 2007 so im way beyond the bulletin!

Actually I have registered in this forum last month, but i was following the forum about a year. Your thread helped me to keep my hope and faith. My case was delayed in USCIS - they asked for more evidence about our Marital relationship. After those finally , without USCIS notification i have received letter from NVC for AOS payment on 31st Aug 2010. Then I had delay of sending I-864 and also I had a RFE for Civic Docs.

I have received "P4" letter by email on 3rd Jan 2011 Evening. Issued date of P4 letter showing also 3rd Jan.

SIF (Sign In Failed): When i tried to sign in to my online access to see AOS and IV Bill payment status, I was not allowed me to login. And that was happened on 21st Dec, but before that day I was able to login.

Beneficiary is in Bangladesh. Planing for medical end of Jan. In my country they asked to complete medical at least 10 days before interview.

sorry that you didn't get your interview date schedule yet. It is high chance for philipines PD go backward in February visa bulletin. May be the reason NVC haven't schedule your visa interview.
