Friends, question?

Do you really need to include the Petitioner's certified copy of Birth Certificate?

My husband only include photocopy of it, I am afraid we will get RFE for not sumbmitting the certified copy of it.

:(

opssssssssss sorry, about my question above, i meant in sending DS 230. Do you really need the certified birth certificate of the Petitioner.

we included original birth certificate of my hubby to be sure... i dont exactly know but i think i read somewhere that original marriage certificate will do if your petitioner is your spouse. although im not sure if that really works. hope someone there could give you better input.....

Thanks, maui. Yes, we included NSO original copy of our marriage contract. And my husband is my petitioner, I just hope they would not ask for original copy of his birth cert. Lord, please!!!

I think the St Lukes submitted already ur complete medical/physical exam result.. so i really doubt that the embassy will look for those.. anyway, just in case they will look for it..just go ahead and bring it.. but for sure on ur flight going here in the US sooner, u will surely have to bring those docs..
