Mitch, good to hear from you again and that's good news indeed. Finally you can go forward with everything; and ill bet on it Mitch, they will be here this Xmas. Lately NVC processing is just unbelievable. Just read a post from Odne, her case was completed after 3 days from DS230 submission. :dance::dance:

Wife and sone are done with the medical last month and interview will be this coming august 26. Can't wait for the big day..so please pray for me. i need all the prayers that i can get. :innocent:

Ddnt hear anything from Chakadoll the past few days, i think shes preparing for her trip next month and the baby plan as well. :D

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

Wonderful news indeed. I am happy for you and your family. I bet you can breathe easy now, though i doubt you will until you are together with your family.. hee hee.. I hope its before Christmas. Well no updates yet. For me its the 8-week waiting period, have to find out whether they've forward the case to the embassy.

Hey vj friends well i got the worst news anyone can ever say my husband didnt get the visa a refusal letter was giving to him i was shocked and absouletly upset.. I been crying for 2 days striaght.. He was refusad on section 221 (g) meaning they need more information its all becuse he is muslim and my country is an L country basically that means terriost country.. I know for a fact his name is in the data base his name is very common name mohammad.. Its just so upseting cuz my husband has never even been arrested.. He did sign the ds230 and they took his marriage cert his police report and his family trace documents and 2 photos.. They told him that they will call him within 10 weeks if he doesnt hear anything to email them.. Im leaving in 3 weeks.. So im going back without my husband.... I guess its just not meant to be. I will be going back until i take my citizenship and coming back to leb to live...

Hey Lebanese girl...dont be upset, it's what they called administraive pending review (AP), It's an SOP to further review a case, in your case they are checking your husband's name since is so common among the arab countries. Just keep on calling them, i know in the end you will be both re-united.

if thats what you said, then better pack my gift, coz im sure hubby will be here this Xmas. Lagi mitch 3 days from receipt of DS230 case was complted, i also read from other immigration forum..5 days ra case compledted na. pwerte pass-pasa gyud. Murag diha ka madugay sa kuha passport sa imo stepson..usually ana mga 3 weeks.

Excited and anxious for my wife interview this august 26..please pray mitch. Promise ill send you some "chicaron" from Cebu.. :rofl:

I was only away for few days from a short vacation.. and I've read a lot of good news from anybody..So nice to hear that for the most part everyone's case is actually moving faster than expected..

To Raymon... gosh ur big day is almost here and its around the corner... I wish you goodluck and will surely pray for your family.. God will help them on their upcoming interview sooner.. :thumbs:

believe me, we were really shocked when we heard that our case was completed july 26..when they said that they received our ds230 on july 23..i don't even think that you can count it as 3 days because 24th and 25th was weekend..

i really thought that we're lucky if ever our case will get approve atleast 2 weeks...

i'm now hoping that we will get an interview email soon..

its not really over now.. 15 days to wait for the passport, and then to wait for the case to be completed.... thanks for the luck! i need that.. if only i can buy "luck" in the mall i would be shopping for that everyday!

goodmorning vj fam! i just received an email/appointment letter, we have our schedule and its on AUGUST 10,2010!!! :dance::dance::dance: its way too early than expected maybe thats what an expedite can do! Thank u Dear Lord :dance:

To ate mitch just hang in there, maayos din lahat yan. thank you for helping me with the insurance issue.
