i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

is it fair... MY PD is dec 2006 and yet no interview..date..we called NVC before 5 days ago and the operator said case is transered to local consulate..but yet no schedule with PD 2006 where visa bulletin is march 2009...anyways i wish u all get ur interview faster than me and get ur visa... i dont want u all to wait like me.. cause its too boring.. i pray u all get ur visa..best of luck guys............

and i m surprised how this people can do this..they were so good at the time when they were like us waiting for the visa and said that we wont leave anyone in this forum alone what a lie who ever got visa they all flew like birds this is the truth...

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

Hi guys my husband is now sending in the I 130 form and we both did travel together a couple of times i wanted to know should i send a copy of our itineraries or should we copy the pages of our passport that has the stamp in it ?

That's true Clav, we have a lot of reason to smile!! We have a to thank God for all of this... I'm glad that we i have two VJ friends here who has almost the same PD as mine... My hubby already submit the AOS, we have completed all the requirements for our DS230 except for our daughter's passport which will be released by July 28. Once we have that passport we will right away send our DS230...

Let's just pray that everything will gonna be fine... And hope that we will be there before this year end.. Keep me posted with all the development in your case... Thanks and God Bless!!!

when did ur hubby send aos? did u check it already? my hubby sent his aos june21 and i called nvc, talk to an operator twice,the last time i called they said they havent got the mail and its not updated in the system yet..i wonder if do these operator has full access into our cases or they just depend on what is right there in the system at that very moment u call them.i know it takes a while to have it in the system, but atleast they should have told me it was there and havent just updated in the system yet... its been 3weeks :unsure:

i am the benificiary and i send my ds230 together with my birth and marriage certificate, petitioner's birth certificate, police certificate, passport photocopy, 2pcs 2x2 pics plus photocopies of each document...

I think just to make sure u can send them both to establish there is ongoing marital union.. now i remember more than 3yrs ago, i did submit an affidavit from my 2 friends who witnessed our wedding ceremony that our union was indeed genuine..Goodluck and God bless

hello vj family! i would like to share another step in my visa journey. Last July 9, i tried sending an expedite request to the nvc due to the reason that i am 6 months pregnant. I am not so confident that they will approve it or give attention to it. So i called nvc today and told me that my expedite request is approved and sent my documents to USEM in Manila. Im so happy with the result. Now i have to wait till tomorrow or maybe friday to call the Embassy and ask if i already have the schedule. :dance::dance::dance:

F-2 Visa
