ive been trying to print my barcoded sheet for my ds-230... why i cant locate which part of the website i can print it...... why???

------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

Hi all, I'm a new member. My husband sended I-130 on 3/26/2009 and USCIS received it on 4/2/2009 ...so my PD is 4/2/2009 ??? Am I right ??? Now I'm still waiting for approval...I know some guys who have PD : 1,2/2009, their cases are running now ...hope the next bulletin (Aug 2010) is 3/2009 :yes::star:

Apr 02,2009 : USCIS received

Apr 07,2009 : receive NOA1

Jan 22,2010 : touched

Jul 26,2010 : check status online ...APPROVED !

Jul 31,2010 : receive NOA2

Aug 04,2010 : case number in NVC

Aug 11,2010 : receive DS-3032 & AOS fee bill, pay $88 online

Aug 12,2010 : send DS-3032 by email

Aug 13,2010 : paid $88

Aug 20,2010 : NVC receive & accept DS-3032, Visa fee bill, pay $404 online

Aug 24,2010 : send I-864, paid $404

Aug 30,2010 : send DS-230 & civil document

Sep 07,2010 : NVC receive documents

How is everyone doing in their process? i hope everything is going smooth

I need help with my I-864, i have no income, i am a full-time student , now my mother is willing to sponsor my husband for me, what should i put in my form and does my mother have to fill an I-864A since we live in the same house and i am a dependent of her , help please

I think ur mom needs to fill up I864 as ur joint sponsor and so do u.. For u as the petitioner will check part 1.A of the question. and ur mom will check Part 1.D

According to the USCIS glossary..its the date the petition was filed. USCIS will definitely mail u a letter, I-797C, NOA( Receipt Notice)...then eventually once ur petition is approve they will mail u another letter, I-797, Notice of Action( Approval Notice) with ur priority date on it ..at this time must be faster since theyre processing it unbelievebably faster now.... so Goodluck and God bless.. and I believed ur PD is 4/2/2009... :thumbs:

guys what's a checklist?are we all going to receive that from NVC?I'm going to submit my Ds230 next week so i'm just wondering if i have to wait for the checklist..thanks

Just go ahead and submit ut DS-230 after u paid ur IV fee bill and I-864...remember u will download the forms? send it with all the documents required.. checklist letter response from NVC usually if u submitted the DS230/I-864 and after they reviewed it found missing or lacking documents.. or u paid everything and submitted the I-864 yet no DS-230..they will send you one.. :)

Hi Lynn my spouse and I are in the same situation right now. My husband is not working right now so i also wanted to know if his mom could be the sponsor and another thing we got married 2 months ago but we thought he would need to start working before we could start file although he is still in school and so am i but can you please tell me the first thing to do cause i am so lost right now .
