Congratulations Raymon! Tell your wife to schedule her Pre-departure seminar at CFO. It takes 5 days before she is scheduled for a seminar with them. God bless and good luck!

hello vjfamily... i got something here i called the NVC avr and it tells me i got rfe with my aos documents but they just got it august 25 so on aug 26 avr tells me that i got rfe regarding with my AOS so now i called again nvc and ask what are the missing documents regarding my aos docs and the operator says they just received it and still not yet finished reviewed... did someone also experience this will you share it to me or someone familiar regarding to this... i need you ideas pls... thanks and god bless us all...

Give them until next week..then make follow-up again with NVC.

Done stess out your self, they are just probably sorting out your docs, you be fine.

This is how i sort my docs, and of top of this is a covering letter.

•Bar code Cover Sheet

•DS-230 Part 1 and Part 2 - Completed and signed

•Passport Size Photographs of Beneficiary (Name, Case# and DOB written at the back)

•Photocopy of the Biographic Date Page of Beneficiary’s Passport

•Orignal and Photocopy of Marriage Certificate

•Original and Photocopy of Beneficiary’s Birth certificate

•Original and Photocopy of Beneficiary’s Police Certificate

Thanks.. i already had it ready..just wondering though if i have to get a copy of my Baptismal Certificate. And do USEM had a dresscode? i feel like going to the interview wearing just denims and a simple shirt.is that ok?

Mitch,Kathleen, and to all our VJ family..

Wife and Son is done with the interview this morning, and yes they got the PINK SLEP.."Praise be Jesus" :dance::thumbs:

Wife said the whole process was just a breeze, by 6:30 she was inside the USEM and by 8:30 she's back in the hotel.

Pre-screener only ask for photos and emails, and CO only ask 2 questions...my DOB and line of work and thats it.

It's been a 3+ yr journey for my family and finally it's almost over, and my sincere thanks to you ladies Mitch, Kathleen

and all my VJ family for the prayers and support. And for all those still in the process...just hang in there, keep the faith and all will be well.

Your next Mitch...before xmas hubby will be here.

Thank you dearly for starting this thread way in back 2009 and im just fortunate enough to find this forum...this thread and know you guys. Without it would have been a long and stressfull journey to the end. The past few days was just a mile high for me and my family, realizing that our dream of being together as a family will finally be realized.

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

I have an appointment with my tax person this sunday and will send everything to nvc on monday....you know that we can stop but to worry and to be agitated that i dont want to start 2011 without my own family.
