1. diba naa may set of docs nga ihatag sa atong tax preparer for 2009? -- mao na akong gipadala sa NVC

2. W-2 that i got from my work.

Hello everyone....whats wrong with the mail they sent to NVC its been 2 weeks and 1 day but still not at nvc... my AOS docs... i called NVC and speak to an operator but still tells me its not in their system still... any suggestion what will i do regarding to this???? thanks in advance...

Hi everyone...

I sent my DS-230 and civil documents on July 28th. according NVC, they received it on 04th August.

But still I didn’t receive any response from NVC. I called NVC yesterday and operator said still my DS-230 under review.

I am worried its more than 3 weeks since they received it. Dear VJ friends, what might be the delay for DS-230 approval.

Please advice me.

i totally understand the whole thing with all the paystubs, properties and all... 2 months ago ra naku ang napadala tanan... i was just asking what is that 1040 form? and where do i get that? all i had was my 2009 transcript and my W2.

nothing to worry they at first asked u to give them 6 to 8 weeks so u should be worried after that time goes..

Yes, check with your tax preparer..for sure kabalo sya ana.

You need both forms 1040 and W2 when filing your tax.

Wife said the whole process was just a breeze, by 6:30 she was inside the USEM and by 8:30 she's back in the hotel.

Pre-screener only ask for photos and emails, and CO only ask 2 questions...my DOB and line of work and thats it.

It's been a 3+ yr journey for my family and finally it's almost over, and my sincere thanks to you ladies Mitch, Kathleen

and all my VJ family for the prayers and support. And for all those still in the process...just hang in there, keep the faith and all will be well.
