Thanks Missy, and good luck to you as well..and lets praised jesus for all the blessing we got. :innocent: Honestly i was not really expecting this to happen this year. Everything just happen so fast.. :thumbs:

Everything happens so fast. I was expecting 4-5 yrs before it get process but we get blessed. :dance::dance: This August will be my 3rd year waiting.

So weeks of waiting is not that bad at all. Now you will be able to spend your daughter's bday with her. :D

i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

ok where is the list?

you need to go on USCIS. gov to find what you need

I love my God

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

Guess what.....i finally got my good news last night @ 7:15pm..interview appointment will be on August 26. 2010. yepee...PRAISED BE JESUS!! :innocent:

Congratulations, Raymon!! my husband got his interview sched too. I my glad i didn't have to wait too long. Thanks guys for all your help.

And by the way there's no medical date appointment? Do you know how does it work?

should i just shift to a different field? didnt i saw it in my crystal ball that you family will be here end of August or early of september?

im just sooo happy for you... everything must come to an end na! im almost this close to say that the whole process now is just a little bit unfair. the wait is soooo short now compare to what weve been through.

------USCIS-- married since March 28, 2005 - I130 filed: july 27, 2007

NOA #1: Aug 6, 2007 NOA #2: Oct. 29, 2009 - APPROVED

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

April 28, 2011 - interview date was set to JUNE 28, 2011 @6:30AM

June 15, 2011 - MEDICAL EXAM and will be back fri (6/17/11) for results

June 28, 2011 - Interview

July 12, 2011 - arrived at LAX - and we'll live happily ever after!

Heheh..i know Mitch, I guess waiting time for F2A is just 1 to 2 yrs, not unlike what we

endure before, but thats how life is. Lets just praised god that we are almost over on this journey. :innocent:

So how was the experience? ...just curios what were the questions ask by the CO.

am sooo happy now...I was awake all night anxiously waiting for them to finish the whole process.. am gonna write all the experiences theyve been through in USEM Manila but as of now haven't spoken to my hubby yet re the interview details coz they were exhausted with the whole thing and then after the interview they only have an hour and a half to pack up and catch their flight back to Cebu... but I already have their experience in the forum.. what i meant is the medical interview at the SLEC... u can start browsing it...

But dont worry, will really write about their experience once I will be able to get the details..

God is really good to us.. just let ur family get ready with the documents coz it was stressing us out..

Can i have your phone no in cebu? If its okay with you, i will have my wife call him.

My wife seem so anxious on the whole process for medical and inteview.

She's planning to be in Manila this saturday and prepare for the medical next week.
