Raymon,Chakadoll & Yna......... I need your help on following question.

I am in the process of submiting my I-864.

I am sponsering my wife & daughter through 1-130. my wife (she is in Malaysia) has an ITIN (induvidual tax identification number) for tax purposes and we both filed tax returns jointly for last 2 years. when i send my I-864 to NVC, do i have to send a copy of my wife's ITIN to them? because her ITIN is in the 1040EZ form. pls. advice me.

Thank you Mitch.. I really cried reading the letter.. Can you imagine, its been long years of longing for them to be with me.. And finally, I realized am almost done on this journey.. Its really an agony to my part not being with my daughter as she is growing up.. I missed a lot of her milestones..and of course my husband too... Oh well, God is so good.. He is answering our prayers.. Hopefully, our medical and interview will be fine.. Maayo unta ug wala kakulian.. God help us..

And like u said, we are family here.. that is what I felt too whenever I read that someone is getting closer to this journey.. and I felt sad to those who will be sad too.. God bless us all here and Goodluck too..

hi twulf, how are you and your processing??? im a little bit okay and better than the previous months... almost to just scream at the top of my lungs about the whole thing... but im okay now.. back on track.. heehehhe.... ill be mailing out my I-864 tomorrow.. i jsut have to photocopy everything today and check and make sure i staple everything in the right bulk... heheheh.

Good to hear you are doing better. Dont worry, everything will be alright, just mail them. I've sent out both the 864 and 230 and they've been entered into the system as per the AVR, but till the time i don't hear it say case complete, i'll not be satisfied, coz these 2 forms are where most of the RFEs are sent out, so i am hoping i don't get it for something stupid.

if u are the one who wants to immigrate to us then u have to sign the ds-230 part-I and ur petitioner's have to fill out the forms..

and send it to NVC

( Dont forget to sign ds-230 part-I not part 2 remember it...

i think its better if he or she fill the forms. my dad petitioned for me but my brother who is in us he filled it and what i did was just signed the ds-230 part-I and mailed it to them in us via fedex..

You can google it and check the poverty guidelines for I-864. If you are the petitioner then you must meet the required mininum income for the number of family members you are petitioning, otherwise you may need to have additional sponsor.

Like i said, nothing to worry about, just submit your W2 and 1040EZ. We have the same case, my wife's ITIN is also included on my 1040EZ, since i got her an ITIN for tax purposes.
