Raymon, did you get your interview appt yet? well, i am trying to finish up my AOS form and the paperworks that comes with it and maybe mail them next week... definitely, my DS230 will be the one to delay us... still finishing up my stepson's court order.... but im getting there... was just stressing out too much... dont want to think about it and put my heart tooo much on it...

i wonder how's Lebanese_gurl doing?? i know she's in her country right now...

This is good news to all of us.

You might spend thanksgiving and christmas this year with your family.

My case is still with USCIS (CSC)

I'll wait till June 15. If they still not approve my case, I'll call them to know the status of my case.

Thanks for the info.

Hi Guys, all of us in this forum seems so busy with all the documents we need. Chakadoll and Raymond, i really believe that one of this days you will both receive your schedule for your med. and interview... For Mitch, just hang in on there coz everything will fall into place.

As of now i'm busy preparing all the documents required for our petition processing. We already had a NSO copy of my b.certificate, my daugther's b.certificate and our marriage contract. I also applied for my NBI clearance which will be released in June 17. And we already had an appointment with Department of Foreign Affairs on July 6 for our passports. We all prepared this stuffs while my husband is here for vacation, so that we already have it in our hands when the time comes that we are required for it. On Thurs. he will be leaving for States and he will pay for the AOS bill there. Now that he's leaving again, the feeling is not that hard compared to what we've felt before, for now we know that in just a couple of months he will come home again just to fetch us and from that day on we will never get separated anymore... I stay positive and through God's help we will finally celebrate xmas with a whole family...

Hi everyone, as you can see this is my first post. Honestly i found this site almost 6 months ago, and it was

so beneficial, so I think the time came where I must be one of it members. :innocent:

Well, my case is I-130 for my wife in Iraq.

i'm not sure, but I feel processing is going fast, although im still in the beginning.

let me show you the dates, and you tell me..

4-16-2010 >>> I-130 Filed

4-29-2010 >>> NOA #1 Received

5-12-2010 >>> Approved by USCIS and sent to NVC

5-20-2010 >>> NVC generated a case number (email)

I thought it would take longer. is that the normal processing time ?

OK.. so I truly think that there is something good going on.

yesterday, June 4th, I received the AOS Form telling to pay the $70.00

and Another letter telling to fill "Choice of Agent" form on behalf of my wife.

so my dates now are like this:

4-16-2010 >>> I-130 Filed

4-29-2010 >>> NOA #1 Received

5-12-2010 >>> Approved by USCIS and sent to NVC

5-20-2010 >>> NVC generated a case number (email)

6-04-2010 >>> AOS form

6-04-2010 >>> "Choice of agent" Form received

Good luck to everyone else ..

and hopefully everything goes will with all of us.
