hey mitch.. you are not alone, i think its just one of those times when everyone is busy with something or the other..its like everyone here has gotten the papers pretty much the same time and i guess they are busy getting the docs ready.

raymon good to hear that your I864 is in the sys.

Thanks Twulf, but yet to submit my DS-230..my son's passport is till on process, hopefully

we will have it next week. I did call them last week and the AVR was saying they are waiting

for the "Biographics Form", so i was confuse what that means, so i called back again and

spoke with the operator and she explained to me that is refers to the DS-230.

So a sigh of relief  ..so if you call and get that same message dont panic...

As soon your PD is current in the VISA bulletin then they will schedule the interview.

Currently the May 2010 bulletin is Dec. 2006..So hopefully by June VISA Bulletin your PD

will be current.

The documents you attached when you sbmitted the DS230 are basically the same docs that your husband should bring during the interview. But i sugget bring some family and wedding photos just in case they ask. One of our fellow Vj (Yna), just had her interview recently, maybe you can ask her instead.

Is there anyone who filed I-130 for spouse on Dec. 2006 (Vermont Service Center) and is not approved yet?

They transferred my I-130 twice. First time on Nov. 2009 to Nebraska Service Center and then Texas Service Center on Jan 2010. I called USCIS and told them that my i-130 is out of current processing time of TSC. They have created a service request, but I haven't heard back from them yet.

Just wanted to check if anybody is going through the same situation here.

Thanks for your reply in advance.

to YNA it will be weeks from now that she'll see her hubby and her kids will have their daddy next to them already. for my case im predicting for another 6 months till my husband will maybe proceed to MANILA for his interview... im just predicting the worse but i know it could be better than that.

i also believe that you all guys who just filed will have a lesser wait compared to the ones that applied in the long time ago.... NVC and USCIS are now driving in the freeway already and running 100mph compared to years ago that they are moving 25mph and is driving in the school zone area.... but now, it should be lesse wait.

let's all hang in there... we all get this...
