Mitch, sorry been so busy lately, at work and all those docs my wife needs to prepare.

Havent send yet my DS230 coz of my wife passport..hopefully we will be able to send it

next week. I call NVC yesterday and AVR says they are just waiting for the "BIOGRAPHICS FORM"

to be send from the petitioner. So I guess they have received my I-864 already and done with

the review.

Have you received anything yet for the IV FEE BILL? ..Your done with your DS3032 correct?

yes... i believe we did it right coz i called NVC last friday and it wasnt the best call ever and had the feeling that the operator is not as helpful as the previous ones and she was telling me that its time for us to pay for the $400 bill..im not just sure which bill is that... and now im totally lost.. we havent received anything just yet, and im not even sure if my step-son is in the petition already...

have to call back again by monday just to make sure that ill be doing the right move.

Hey Mitch,

Yes AOS is $70. If you've been asked to pay AOS fee and IV bill has been generated then I think its safe to assume that DS3032 has been entered into the system. FYI, I got an email from NVC after I sent out my DS3032(email) notifying me that they've received that. I'd recommend checking you junk mail etc if you haven't received any mails from NVC.

If you've paid AOS fee, then the process is exactly the same for IV fee, but I'd recommend you wait for them to send you some sort of intimation, sometimes its just delayed. I only paid both the fees after I got an email which had all the instructions and the invoice number to enter while paying the fees.

Also I think if you son is included in your petition as an intending immigrant, then you'll have to pay the IV bill for him too. So you should confirm that with NVC or one of our friends here, whose done that.

Last but not least, I sense you going into a pre-panic mode, :bonk: relax, take your time while doing all this and do it right the first time. There is no hurry, the hard part it gone.

Hi Kuya Raymon! I just opened my email and saw another email from nvc its the IV FEE BILL. hubby and i are expecting to receive the $70 AOS fee bill, are we supposed to receive it earlier than the other one? thanks kuya in advance!

Kareen_q

The $70 AOS FEE Bill should have first before the IV FEE BILL $ 400. Anyway, just go ahead

and and sign in online on the link provided and pay both.

Mitch, yes AOS is for the $70 and the IV Fee Bill is $400.You need to wait for NVC to email you the link and the document showing the invoice indentification no#. You need the invoice No.# to be able to sign-in and pay both fees online. And if they have already updated your case which include your step-son, then you will see both

your names on the link provided for the online payment.

Hello again everyone! i have another question, as i open the nvc online fee payment i saw there that we can both pay the AOS and IV fee bill at the same time. but im quit hesitant because nvc only sent us the email that we can now pay the IV fee bill. Is it okay if we pay them at the same time?or is it better if the IV bill only? pls help! thanks in advance!

Kareen_q,
