i think 2006 f2a every1 got there firts step at nvc and maybe within months or 2 months later u will recieve further notice...this is just wishing u best of luck...just keep praying...

Hi Lynn12. Did you apply as a LPR or as a US Citizen ? Is it really taking less than a year for a LPR's 130 for their spouse ?

I am an LPR, i don't think it takes a year, it is usually more i heard but God has been so good to me, i was approved in less 2 months now my case is at NVC, so i am waiting

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

im not sure where is everyone.. they are all hibernating i guess... for the past 2 days no one has been here and im sad.... i miss the very hectic conversations and all the best talks that comes with it....

so, since your case is already completed by NVC, it should be sent to your embassy for your interview and all... if you check everyone's timeline, they normally wait till the interview letter will arrive and sometime if they call they will get the appointment date from the operator.. but i believe all you just have to do right now is to wait till your priority date will be currents... yours is not till march of 2007 and they are still processing for priority date Dec 1, 2006 right now... give it till next month and then thats when you worry... adn will think of calling... lets just wait till your PD will be current....

check raymon's timeline... he has a similiar Pdate to yours... that will be a great help.

It could be because you are from Haiti - I had heard that they were processing faster for relatives for Haitians due to the earthquake. Regardless - Congratulations !!!! Happy for you.

I agree with u Mitch, maybe our friends here are busy with their stuffs. I am very happy for Yna coz i know by this time she's finished with the interview and in just 2-3 days she will received her visa through courier. :wow: CONGRATS YNA!!! :dance:

Guys may i just asked if it is possible that we will receive our visa number together with the Choice of Agent? I'm kind a worried coz our case was apporved January 6, 2010, its been 3 months now but then my hubby haven't receive our case number yet.

--NVC--December 12, 2009 - Case# generated from NVC

December 17, 2009 - hubby received his letter from NVC[/font]

April 13, 2010 - received DS-3032 via email

April 19, 2010 - sent back DS-3032 to NVC thru DHL (did not email a copy)

April 23, 2010 - DS3032 was received per operator and reviewed, received IV and AOS bill thru mail.

April 29, 2010 - paid AOS ($70) fee bill

April 30, 2010 - paid IV fee bill ($400.00 each beneficiary)

May 01, 2010 - AOS shows "PAID" in the system, printed cover sheet.

May 05, 2010 - iv bill shows "PAID"

June 24, 2010 - sent AOS via USPS/certified and prioritized

July 14, 2010 - received RFE. nvc is requesting again for Tax Transcript 2009

Sept 14, 2010 - Mailed RFE documents via usps

Sept 22, 2010 - mailed complete DS-230 via DHL

Oct 14, 2010 - received RFE about beneficiary's police clearances

Nov. 30, 2010 - sent corrected DS-230 with correct years of residency via USPS

Dec. 21, 2010 - CASE COMPLETED!!!

hello mitch even i got my DS3032 last week and i emailed them and got a response from them saying that they have rcvd it,have also paid the $70 AOS fee,had a query........Got a email from NVC today saying that i could not pay the $400 fee......was confused as my wife will take some time to arrange all the paper for the I864,so was wondering that do i have to pay the $400 fee only once she is ready to send the i864 or V COULD PAY IT PRIOR to that as well?

Please I need some advise, my PD is March 10, 2006, case was completed on february 06 2010, still waiting for interview in Guatemala, I just called the NVC today and they told me that they can not predict when the interview date is going to be? I don't understand why because the case is completed and the priority date is current, what should I do? the intructions said that after you are document qualify the NVC, waits for PD to be current and then schedules a Interview Date and forward the documents to the embassy, what is happening what should I do? I don't think this is Fear I been waiting so long to get my family here, I don't know what to do? please any Advise? thanks/.

hi ate mitch! i was quite tense the whole week that's why i havent posted anything again yet. Just to update, i mailed my ds 3032 thru fedex last april 16 and they received it according to the tracker april 19th. And today i called nvc to check if they updated their system and the recorded message said that they received the ds3032 already and we will receive documents in the coming weeks. How about u ate?did you send your ds3032 already? any updates?

Mitch, sorry been so busy lately, at work and all those docs my wife needs to prepare.

Havent send yet my DS230 coz of my wife passport..hopefully we will be able to send it

next week. I call NVC yesterday and AVR says they are just waiting for the "BIOGRAPHICS FORM"

to be send from the petitioner. So I guess they have received my I-864 already and done with

the review.

Have you received anything yet for the IV FEE BILL? ..Your done with your DS3032 correct?

I suggest Rosa1 you call the NVC, send them an email, in short hound them till they sort you out. 'Cause SamKunle's PD is about the same as yours and his family are already with him in the States. Or I should ask you if your cour country's dates are still far behind?

Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, I've been out of my base for days - went for a cousin's convocation. I guess everybody else is also apprehensive on their respective cases. I for one had been calling NVC hoping to get an interview date off them but no luck. Each day i run to my inbox hoping to get a mail from them. Awwwwwwwww, "not knowing" is a killer I tell you. I honestly can't wait for it all to be over.

yes, usually, it comes b4 the IV bill. but sometimes u cant tell with NVC.
