the 4 pages DS-3032 is the only email the i received so far... nothing for AOS fee bill yet....

how did you do your ds-3032? did your wife signed it? or you did....nakakabwesit ang asawa ko... is taking too long to print it, fill it up, scan it and to email it back to NVC.

is it ok if he'll just scan it and send it to me and ill do all the work after that?

and do i just send just that 1 page where we put all the information?

or do i need to make a cover page to put case#, DOB and all that?

im just getting pissed with my hubby...he's taking his precious time to fill it up...

I got both same day (DS-3032 and the AOS FEE BIll Invoice) maybe you will get your's soon. No need for cover sheet, he just needs to signed the form and send that back to NVC. Have him scan the doc, email a copy to you, and you can send that copy to NVC as well.

Mitch now you know how I felt lol my husband now sent his paper work to me like his birth cert.

miltary

police etc.... Ugh I got so mad I hung up the phone, and now he is mad at me lol funny how things work out...

But with my Ds 3032 I scaned it to him and he signed it and I told him on the phone what to do... He emailed it to them stating the information that he wants his wife as his agent... And that was that, you don't have to send it out then email it then have him email it to you so you can email it to them... Just have him on the phone with you and email it together... :) it takes two to complete this process so you both need to work together... I just finished ds 230 and i 864 i wont be sponsoring my husband because i didn't really make enough money at all so my sis and dad are going to sponsor him... LOL but trust me Im already hearing it from them, "What's in it for me?" what am I going to get from this..? LOL my sister keeps asking me for favors saying ( I wont sponsor him if you don't go get me Icecream) LOL LOL LOL :) you see me running to go get her Ice Cream..

Kareen,

Would suggest you need to send the request first to add your daughter as additional beneficiary,

then a week later the from DS-3032. That way when they generate the AOS FEE BILL they would have

included your daughter in their system. Make sure you indicate the CASE#, petitioner, beneciary

name and DOB on the cover letter.

Thank's a lot raymon and yna for your answers. Now i have a clear view of what to do. Thank u for always having the time to answer all my questions.sana d kayo magsawa. I really found a family here =)

Karen, but im not so sure if this applies to you...Please read below..

Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card) Parents

A child born abroad of legal permanent resident (Green Card) parents may enter the U.S. without a visa provided the child is accompanied by a parent upon that parent's initial return to the U.S. within two years of the child's birth with documentation showing the parent-child relationship. If the child is not brought back to the U.S. when the parents initially enter the U.S. (following the birth) within this time period, the child must obtain an immigrant visa to enter the U.S. In this case, the legal permanent resident parent(s) must file an immigrant visa petition with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (see Green Card for My Child or Children to Live in the U.S. as Permanent Residents

Hi Guys, just a quick update. Just spoke to NVC agent(a lady called Rose, she was really nice :) ) She said that they do not accept email/scanned version of I-864 and it has to be hard copies+supporting docs etc, the old fashioned way.

Hey Raymon, I think you'd send an email version of it right ?

Anyways just thought all you guys should know, and plan accordingly.

hi lil sis,

my case was different to yours... i was already from here (US) and i went home and stayed there in PI for almost 2 years and thats when i got married... got pregnant, and gave birth before my date of coming back here in the US.... so i went to the embassy and applied for a visa waiver for a child of LPR that was born abroad.

but yours is totally different. you are still in the process to come here in the US right??? you just have to add your baby's information to your paperworks.... i'll refer you to our other sister here YNA coz she did add her daughter to their case... but just to let you know that you will be fine.... now that you are pregnant, that's not worth of your worries.. im sure everything will just fall into its right place...

enjoy motherhood!!!
