Fill up the form, and send it back ASAP. And also you need to go to the

immigrant-visa website, sign-in and pay the AOS FEE.

i just have a quick question kuya, did you sign the choice of agent? or your wife did? what did you do on that one. my hubby is trying to fill it up and he'll be mailing it to NVC today. but i will be the agent though.

Mitch, same here im the choice of agent, advise hubby to sign form and mail to NVC. And also have him scan the form (PDF File) and email that as well. By the way have you already sign up in the Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center? sign-up and pay the AOS fee. Also you can check if your son is already included in the petition

lynn, i read it from a forum in a filipino newpaper that we subscribed...they are giving special accomodations for filers from HAITi.... isnt that your country of origin right??? or maybe im thinking of a different vjer.

i dont want to give you false alarms but you can call NVC. just try... coz it has that prompt that says

"IF YOU ARE CALLING ABOUT A HAITI VISA ISSUE, press 1... AND IF YOU ARE CALLING ABOUT A NON-HAITI RELATED VISA APPLICATION, pls press 2".... im just curious why... so the forum that i was reading earlier might be very right.

Hello all......sorry for not being here too often,glad 2 know that uscis r currently working on dec 06....Had a query....My wife received a letter from uscis asking to pay $70 and confirming whether my address is correct here in india....wonder what that means??.....My wife(Permanent resident) had filed for me in July 06 thru I130 and in jan 10 my case was approved and now she got a letter with a NVC case number.....Could u please help me in suggesting what it means and what shud be my course of action from here in india....

Hey Mitch, in the email you receive for AOS fee, you'll have all the intstructions you need to pay it online, its the fastest way. keep your case# and check book handy, coz you'll have to fill out some details in the online payment portal.

Mitch, your supposed to received 2 separate emails from NVC; for the DS-3032 and AOS Fee Bill.

Instruction are included on how to pay online.It's pretty easy im sure you wont have any problem with it.

And if they have updated your case to include your son, then yes you will see your names in it..OK..I will PM you for my number..

Would suggest you need to send the request first to add your daughter as additional beneficiary,

then a week later the from DS-3032. That way when they generate the AOS FEE BILL they would have

included your daughter in their system. Make sure you indicate the CASE#, petitioner, beneciary

name and DOB on the cover letter.

NVC just wants to confirmed if no changes on the BENE address to avoid delays for future mailings.

kareen, you can send them the choice of agent coz it's a notice that you are chosing someone to be your agent so that whenever nvc will contact you it will be easier to contact the person you provided with the choice of agent but of course you will also be notified with the email you provide as well... and about your daughter's situation that you want t0 include her since you sent the request already just try to track the package if nvc has received it already and if so try to call nvc on what's their feedback about it.

the 4 pages DS-3032 is the only email the i received so far... nothing for AOS fee bill yet....

how did you do your ds-3032? did your wife signed it? or you did....nakakabwesit ang asawa ko... is taking too long to print it, fill it up, scan it and to email it back to NVC.

is it ok if he'll just scan it and send it to me and ill do all the work after that?

and do i just send just that 1 page where we put all the information?

or do i need to make a cover page to put case#, DOB and all that?
