I got nothing that says that, and the last one i got yesterday was for the IV Fee Bill.

Just to be on the safe side call them and ask them should you file out the I-864 and send it because I read some where that if you send something without them telling you can delay your case.... But if you call and they have it on your account, you will be set...

i still cant get thru with NVC... huhuhuh... cant believe that..i tried 5 different kinds of connections but still.

and also, we are in the process of moving now... and NVC has my old house address... should i still have to file the change of address form or i can do that when my DS-3230 comes?

Mitch, try calling between the hour of 6-8pm (eastern). I know its always a busy tone but somehome after 5 to 10 calls i always get through;and for any changes of home address you can email NVC.

Twulf, same here i received email last night from NVC to pay the IV fee bil ($ 400)and paid online.

Are you done with your I-864? Already paid the $70, reciept, cover sheet printed as well; And a

link was provided for the affidavit of support processnig instruction. My question is do we go ahead and download the

form and send that to NVC with the cover sheet they provided or do we have to wait for further

instruction.

Mitch you've always got us for any queries. i would help with whatever little i know. I would once again suggest that you email them and see if they respond. give it a shot if you can't get thru the phone and mention in the email that you've trying for a long time to get thru. good luck

Hey Mitch, When you call and hear a busy signal do you keep trying after that I keep pressing recall until i get through sometimes it takes 10-20min and sometimes 5min but I keep trying.... As For the change of address when you call nvc automated mechin. It gives you that option if you changed your home address press *** i don't know the number but it gives you that option... I don't think you should wait until you recieve the ds3032 i think you should try and call them or email NVCinqury...

and send it to NVC with the bar coded cover sheet and pertinent docs required. Piece of advise

i suggest you make some sort of a cover letter as reference for all the items attached that goes

with the form.

I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF NVC--- i was sooo relieved with the questions that is been running throuhg my head for the past years. for my step-son's issue that i made an honest error, all i just have to do is to wait till they will contact me in about 4-6 weeks and the operator was telling me that they might be asking for my step-son's birthcertificate and she was saying i should be FINE!

and about my address issue, i can fax them my new physical address to 1-603-334-0071 ATTN: change address

and they can update my file.

Yes you have to file out both if you are using a co sponsor I-864a and the regular I-864... And don't forget to include everything else along with it...

ur taxe papers of course urs and the co sponsor

and the co sponsor needs letters from their job as well and pay stubs.. And you have to prove relationship with the co sponsor...

Mitch, i was right after all..you will start receiving those stuff either this month end or next. Better advise hubby to start getting those requirements.!

i know huh? now, NVC should be prepare to answer to all the questions that i have in my mind, and all the question that i will have.. ehehhehehe... im just so glad i got some issues straightened up.
